It's fine but wish it was larger and sturdier.

This towel rack (also known as "train rack") is sturdy and elegant. It matches the brushed nickel fixtures in our new bathroom. I twice (!) ordered a "bestselelr" from another, bigger e-commerce site (not Wayfair) and twice it came damaged--poorly packed and too damaged to use. THIS rack is actually much nicer and was much better packed. Thank you, Wayfair.

Pretty AND functional

I love trains and train trips, so I recognized the style of this... a "train" rack. What I really like about it is that the towel bar is far enough from the wall that I actually feel comfortable hanging a towel there and knowing that it won't press dampness up against the wall. Looks nice with towels stacked, too. Nice finish -- matches the other brushed nickel accessories in our bathroom. It's pretty expensive but worth it to get both pretty AND functional.

The slots at the top are too wide for square tissue boxes or anything w/ a more narrow width and if you hang this over a toilet, it really makes no sense to have the towel bar beneath (b/c who needs towels above the toilet?). It did hang/tilt forward with the included hangers and so had to be fortified a second time to be sturdy. Also do not understand why the little holes to tighten are at the TOP of the knobs holding the rack and not underneath. So it looks like it's hung upside-down, if you just look at them, which is really crappy.

This high quality , substantially weighted towel rack is worth every penny. Mine is chrome, looks wonderful, easy to care for, easy to mount. Arrived on time...in good condition. Thank you!

Substantial and top quality

Not enough support!

We installed several pieces from the Cooper collection. Although the attachment bases are solid, their connection to the wall is quite shallow, causing this unit to droop (tilt toward the floor). Also, the shelving rods are made of cheaper materials. We are disappointed with this product. The other items (toilet paper holder and shower hooks) are nice quality.

I would buy this item again.

It's an attractive fixture.
