Only lasted two years. Wouldn't buy again

There are two issues with the design of this unit:

Great product

Exactly as ordered, on time, fits perfectly. Spent a lot of time shopping online, bought 2 wrong ones and finally came across this company. The product had great detailed description so was able to order the correct one immediately.

Easily installed and works without leaking.

Very easy to install

I picked this up and it was Very easy to replace.

Spigot was easy to install and instructions were easy to understand.

This was a breeze to install and works and looks great. It is a slip on, so make sure you clean the copper pipe and it’s not corroded. Hopefully it lasts and doesn’t leak! Been installed for a few weeks.

I replaced a Moen and it fit perfectly without any leaks

The faucet was well made and easy to install. It works great too.

When you pull the stopper up it doesn’t completely stop the water from coming out. And the tightening mechanism is awkwardly placed. But it’s doing the job thus far.

The one I bought few months ago isn't working, now I have to replace it again!

Perfect replacement. Old spout would no longer divert water to the shower head.

Not the best quality.

Faucet did not fit well and leaked. Use the american standard equivalent. Much better fit

Diverter pull up stem separating from internal washer assembly. Had to modify for normal use.

Good product but had to return it because it didn't fit.

Waste of money

Installed one in Jan 2020; by March 2022 the diverter wouldn't engage without a lot of fussing. In April it broke and I assumed the spigot was defective so I stupidly threw more money away buying a second one. In May 2024 it started having the exact same problem and in mid-June the diverter rod broke off in my hand when I tried to take a shower. Don't waste your money.

Steer clear, Moen LL Warranty not honored

I purchased the more expensive Moen spout/diverter because it was advertised with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Within a few years, the product was leaking water from the spout when the diverter is engaged. Also, the little knob is difficult to push back in. I contacted Moen Customer Support and they tell me there is no warranty on this product. I am so disappointed after buying so MANY Moen products. This is not worth spending twice as much as the other options from different manufacturers.

For the price, it does not seem very well constructed. The diverter is tinny, rattling, and very lightweight.

Product easy to install. Feels like it’s well made except the diverter. Faulty and broke easy….
