Easy to install. I like the attachment plate better than the bolts going through the tank, less chances for leaks. We received the tank fast with no issues. Thank you Build Ferguson!

Great quality however I asked that the delivery driver knock on the door so I could have someone help me . They totally ignored the note on the door. your 3rd party person are not the best service providers

The tank did not fit the toilet bowl purchased from you as well. We found out the hard way the collection has many possible matches. When we returned the tank, the customer service rep did not bother calling Kohler for advice. We had to order it from our

Excellent once received. The first two ….one was delivered broken. The second fedex didn’t deliver because it was broken. Reordered and had it delivered to store.

The tank that I was sold is the exact replacement for the one I broke. I do have a problem with the new one. After flushing the toilet ,there is a "high pitched" sound as the tank is refilling. This is a defect to me. Will it be replaced after this is read ? The service was good, the people were great but will I have to remove the new one and take it in? please let me know .I would like it replaced with a new one. thank you

It came well packed and without cracks. I bought this tank from the competition 3 times, and 3 times I had to return it because it was broken. At Lowe’s it only took one time to buy it.

Replaced no touch flush toilets!! Yay!!!

Replaced Koehler no touch toilets with these and my life immediately became better. The No touch Koehler toilets were an absolute disaster and I’m happy that I spent the money and went back to go old fashioned flushing toilets that operate manually. Batteries should not be anywhere near a toilet. Ridiculous concept.

Good higher end toilet

Well built as expected from Kohler. Great finish, no flaws. Biggest surprise is the flush speed. Very fast and quiet quick refill. Main complaint is the tank moves a lot. It has a 2 point mounting that compresses the gasket but is never real solid so the tank "wobbles". I put plastic toilet leveling wedges between the tank and base to keep it from moving. Shouldn't have to do that.

Whooshing sound when flushing

Not a quiet toilet. When you flush, it makes this whoosh sound that can be heard two rooms away. Not sure which Kohler part is really responsible for the noise (tank, flush mechanism, bottom) so maybe the tank is ok.

Worth the wait

Needed a high quality toilet to match a grey bathroom, fits the bill, only issue was the wait
