Item was a direct replacement for the existing dispenser and that was good. But, the plunger had a hang-up and I eventually had to swap the new siphon tube with the old siphon tube. After that, the dispenser worked as expected. I then worked on the new siphon tube and got that to work properly. So all is well.

This pump is frustrating enough that I'm sitting here typing out a review about a soap dispenser. I'm actually a really interesting and likable person. But here I am, telling you not to buy this garbage.

Had to purchase this separately as the faucet did not offer the soap dispenser as an option. Ordered a Delta to ensure it matched the faucet color. Price was a bit high for what it is. Was easy to install though.

I like how this connects the style of the sink. When you are able to remove the soap bottle or fancy soap dispenser, not only is that one less thing on the counter but also seamless transition from the faucet. Very easy to install. I've had it for about a week now and love it.

Excellent product for good price

This is my second dispenser to replace the first one that was installed 15+ years ago. Though still functional, the tip became corroded and broke off leaving jagged metal that could pierce skin. Now the dispenser has a new appearance and is safe to use.

Too big for my hand

This soap dispenser looks nice, but it was too big for my hand. I have small hands, and when I put my hand underneath it to push down, the soap completely missed my hand and went straight into the sink. I got this one because it looked like it had the shortest dispenser arm, but no. Still too long. Had to return.

Called customer service today and trying to return this product but the agent said this item is non refundable. I asked the agent why I can't return this product the only word she said it says that her screen says this item is not illegible for return. I purchased this product on May 3 and does not match the color with my kitchen appliance. I paid $61.91 and I am not very happy with my purchase.

I just finished replacing my kitchen faucet and soap dispenser with a matte black Delta faucet. The hardest part was, of course, wedging myself under the sink and behind the garbage disposal to remove the corroded hardware. Once that was done, it was a snap to install the Delta Soap Dispenser. It simply screws on without tools and they even supply a little funnel for refills. Note: it helps if you have someone keep the top section from turning as you screw on the big plastic knob under the sink. Then you screw on the 13-ounce plastic soap jug and you are good to go. I can't testify about long term reliability, but I'll update this review if I ever have a problem.

This is my 3rd soap dispenser trying to match my gold faucet. I finally got it right. After purchasing 2 other cheaper dispensers that were plastic painted to look like metal, I was able to get a good deal buying it from the warehouse and it looks brand new. I read the reviews about it being too short and it is, but it works on my thick granite. I wanted to see how it would look next to my polished brass faucet so was just sticking it on there temporarily while I waited on the extension and it only made a couple turns but it stayed, so I filled it and have been using it without any problem . Super easy to fill, comes with funnel and the bottle is bigger than the cheaper plastic dispensers I have. The picture online is an accurate color of the polished brass dispenser. I'm very happy with the quality , color, ease of use and easy install.

Perfect, sleek soap dispenser to match the Delta pull down faucet I just bought. Unfortunately, I didn't discover until too late to return this that the threaded piece with screw-on piece to install it was too short to accommodate the solid wood butcherblock countertop that I had installed. I've kept the soap dispenser, in hopes that I can install it in another remodeling project, because having a push soap dispenser like this set into the countertop by the sink makes things so much less cluttered and its incredibly convenient. I especially like that you can just lift the top off, refill with dish soap or hand soap, and pop the pump back into place.

We replaced our old soap dispenser with this one. The aesthetic is nice and it’s easy to use. The install wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t that easy. We have a large sink, so it was a bit tedious to install the soap dispenser. The container for the soap is a decent size. The pump has been working well over the past few months. I really don’t have too many complaints about this product. I would recommend this soap dispenser.

The product matches the Delta Touch2O quite well. It is easy to fill from the top. However, we have a deep sink and the bottle is tucked behind it so it is hard to see the botttle and how much soap is left. We base refilling on if we can’t get anymore soap out. When refilling it is hard to know when you get to the top so I end up overfilling half the time. Otherwise, i like the product.

This is the only soap dispenser I have found that I like the look of and has held up well. I just bought another one and it seems to still be the same product that I bought two of twenty years ago. The original ones still work, although the soap appears to be eating the chrome off the one on the kitchen sink, and the one in the bathroom is now slow, they are only starting to have these issues now, 19 years before any noticeable signs of deterioration. I put less expensive ones in two other bathrooms which failed much sooner, and never looked as good to begin with .

This dispenser has a lot to like and one major dislike. Let me get the dislike right out there; the spout is too short. It hangs over the sink by about an inch and that is if you keep it perpendicular to the sink wall. What is good about it is that it is matt black, matches anything black, looks stylish and works flawlessly. The included funnel is a nice touch. It was simple to install and does not get stuck or slow to return to the pump position. That however, will be somewhat dependent on how thick your soap is. We use a fairly thick liquid soap so I would give it an A for function, but a D for form. You cannot turn it from the 4th hole out and use it comfortably. We have a single hole faucet so we are not using hole 2 and 3. Any closer and it is just in the way of your faucet.

Not holding up well . . .

My furniture set looked great when I purchased it. It was outdoors for two months last summer then indoors all winter until a few weeks ago. Now, the wood is faded and dry. I had to replace the skinny, uncomfortable cushions whose covers, when washed, shrink up and fit poorly. (need to make new ones). I don't usually post bad reviews but for what I paid for the set, I didn't expect top-of-the-line, but I did expect something that would look good for a number of years.

Sturdy but fades rapidly

We purchased this a few weeks back and were pleased with how easy it was to put together and how sturdy it was. The color was exactly as pictured and the cushions, while somewhat thin, were comfortable enough. The wood faded very quickly, though, and acquired a greyish film after the first week. This was in partial sunlight during spring days--not the kind of conditions you would expect to cause such quick fading. We'll probably end up either refinishing or painting these. Not bad for the price, but probably best for fully shaded areas.

A bit pricey (though a better value than some), but works well. FWIW, I purchased a length of polyethelene (I believe) tubing from Home Depot (for plumbing water to a refrigerator) that allows me to connect to a large bottle on the floor of the cabinet under the sink.

Classic looks, economical, easy to install

I got this because it matches a much older one, also by Delta. It's nice when companies keep a back design for those of us that need to match an older installation. Anyway, still nice styling - smooth, clean lines, IMHO.
