Missing Hose Spray Weight

Purchased this product before and it came with a weight for the spray hose, this time the weight was not included and had to be purchased extra and was out of stock for six months.

item was bad out of the box, it had a very small leak at the joint of the tubing from the hot water valve to the spout. We have been in contact with the manufacturer since 11-1-23 and still do not have replacement. the problem centers around the fact that we are not tech savvy and have had problems sending them a video of the leak. We requested a call from them and to date we have not received a phone call. Speaks volumes about their customer relations in a very negative way. Thanksgiving is coming up and we need to get this resolved before then.

Excellent quality with flawless performance. I highly recommend this faucet.

Looks and feels great but water is slow to shut off

Water is slow to evacuate from spout when turn off faucet. Takes a 2 to 3 seconds. Rohl gave me a new aerator free of charge when I called them to tell them off issue. Have to install it to see if fixes.

Beautiful, but......

This is a gorgeous faucet that doesn't shut off the water for several seconds after you turn off either the hot or cold water. Rohl is sending me replacement cartridges, I hope that fixes the problem. They have been very responsive.

What a gorgeous kitchen faucet, and with Overstock, everything is always fast ship, readily available with no extended lead times. Shopping other vendors, I was told I would have to wait 10-12 weeks. This arrived from Overstock in days in great shape!
