I was very please with the look and quality of the appliances

Beautiful but AWFUL

I received this fridge March 2023, first the ice maker broke then the refrigerator died around Christmas. It took Unique Aplliances 2 months to get service for me, so it wasn’t repaired till February 2024. Came home from vacation at the end of May 2024 and the refrigerator is not cooling AGAIN end the ice maker is broken AGAIN. Now I’m waiting for Lowe’s to honor the extended service contract. It’s been over 24 hours and I’ve heard nothing. My fridge is a lemon and I want it replaced!

Also stopped working at one year

Mine also stopped working at the one year mark. Luckily I bought the warranty but they are slow and we've been without a fridge for a month so far. It's too bad because the physical appearance is really nice.

So disappointing

I wanted a vintage look for my home and was so excited about this refrigerator. It seemed to check all the boxes- retro design, plenty of storage space, built in ice maker, quiet, energy efficient... however, the ice maker stopped working after just 3 months! And the customer service for this fridge is horrible! The warranty people don't even answer their phones, and Home Depot wasn't much help either. Ungodly overpriced, and a huge disappointment!

Stopped working at 1 year - 1 week

We overpaid for this fridge bc we wanted a retro look for a 1950s kitchen. Our last famous brand name fridge broke within 5 years, so we took a chance with a company we never heard of. The fridge completely stopped working literally just after 1 year. The normal warranty is for 1 year. Would absolutely not recommend. The purpose of this item is to keep food cold and it failed us miserably in such a short time! They might make them look cute, but they don't make them like they used to.

I get so many compliments on this. I just love the color. I got the turquoise. Very roomy.

Stops working around 1 year

Writing this review to warn others because we wish we could have known how horrible this company is. The fridge stops staying cool and the company is a nightmare to get ahold of. When you do get ahold of someone, they are incompetent. We live in Southern California and are told that someone can come look at the fridge in ONE MONTH. How is that helpful? We have been on the phone with them numerous times and no real help. This company is a scam- STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Door only swings one way. Not zero clearance

This product needs 4 to 5 inches of dead space. Against wall. Due to door not being zero clearance, like every other fridge in the world. Had to rebuild cabinet to accommodate this quirky thing.

It is very nice looking for sure and that's what your paying for is the look, as far as the quality it's not very well made, the glass shelves are very thin (not strong), definitely can't put a turkey on one of the glass shelves. The glass would break for sure. The cost of this refrigerator is about 3x the cost of a larger name brand refrigerator. I'm definitely happy with the look but disappointed with the quality.

Great fridge, bad customer service

The fridge is wonderful! It is stylish, quiet, and holds the temperature perfectly. However, it came with the wrong color handle and Lowes won't help. They referred me to Unique. I left multiple voicemails with Unique and sent multiple emails and no one has responded yet! It's been two months.

Stopped working at exactly one year

The freezer continued to work, but the fridge completely stopped after one year of use. The manufacturer warranty company (Adco) was very rude and unresponsive. We live in a highly populated county in Southern California and they weren't able to find any repair people to service it, so they ghosted us. After hounding them for over two months, they finally approved us to pay a repair person of our choosing to replace the control panel, but that didn't fix the problem.

Really like the fridge, but had some issues with water line leaking. Customer service helped sort it out. Should mention these third party products don't fall into typical HomeDepot delivery. Driver just dropped it off in front of our house in the pouring rain, refused to help bring in.

Ordered the stove, hood and Fridge. All professionally installed in my remodeled kitchen. The appliance operate wonderfully if you read your manuel and follow directions. Gave my kitchen a modern retro look.

Had an awful experience with the delivery of this product from RXO. Called several times. The company lied about having the item and rescheduled twice after making me stay home all day. The worst part is that Wayfair customer service had little control over the item after being given to the delivery company. I was not compensated for my trouble at all. Also, the delivery person plugged in the refrigerator which should not have been. I had to unplug it right in front of them. They also did not take all of the packaging off as they were supposed to do. Why does the customer have to bear the burden on this large purchase? A 10% discount code does not cut it.

Seems cheaply made. Already freezing over in freezer. Not worth it's price. It looks good though. Not sure how long that will last given on the chintzy materials.

We love this fridge. It’s plenty big and the color is perfect. The chrome trim sets it off just right. The front has a nice smooth finish and the sides are more textured. It is really nice!
