RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE
Your return policy is terrible. I cancelled this order because shipping was super slow and then it arrived after I cancelled. I took it to my local Ace store to return and was denied. To go through all the hoops of returning online is ridiculous. Now I'm stuck with a product I don't need. Last time I buy from Ace!
