Reliable and great design

My old kitty has to have wet food every few hours. This product was a game changer because I could freeze some wet food in the metal dish, then load it along with the ice packs in the feeder, and she would get her meal in a few hours while I was gone. Note: I would not go past four or five hours with the above method because the wet food starts to go bad after that. This is starting with frozen wet food, the ice packs, and a 78 degree house. I would think dry food would be fine for much longer.

Only serves food for 1 day

Unfortunately had to return item as it did not fit our needs. The product should Include in its description that it will not dispense food over multiple days. It will only dispense 4 meals over a 24 hr period. Regardless, was a very nice gadget! Just more suitable for dogs that eat too quickly and need smaller meals throughout the day.

I'll never get up at 5 a.m. again.

I work too much and sleep is valuable. My cat can get fed 5 times a day and I get to sleep past 5 a.m.! I use wet food and the cooler packs. Food stays fresh all day long. I will probably purchase an extra set of freezer packs to swap out.

Amazing! I have 3 of them and they are great for offering food when I'm at work, Love the ice packs and the stainless steel inserts.

Our Ragdoll is now accustomed to the sound of the feeder opening up in the middle of the night to dispense kibble, so that we won’t be awakened. It’s relatively accurate timewise with 4 settings. We love the stainless steel bowls and the option of serving wet food too!

Very basic -- works as advertised

The interface to set times could be improved and there should be some sort of ability for it to make a noise/record your voice. It's hard to get the cat tuned to the sound of the trays turning as the signal that a meal is ready.

Very handy

Once I clarified that I don’t have to keep the ADJ/SET button pressed down to change the time, I was able to easily enter the meal schedule.

Easy to set up times. Opens consistently as programmed. Relatively quiet when turning. Love the individual stainless inserts. Ice packs are easy to insert and remove.

Need six or seven meal options and more options for set times.
