Just as pictured. Great sturdy shelf. Very pleased with it.
Great addition to our pantry.
We use these shelves to build our pantry. we use them with the full wall mount system and completely attached them to the wall. So much better that the plastic shelves we had before.

This did not hold 40lbs. I put light, bulky items up on it and it fell and bent the support arms.
Decent product and price but improvements needed
As for the price, I think Home Depot has the best price for this product. I installed it in the Laundry room over the washer and dryer but I noticed that one of the wall clips for mounting the shelf wasn't fully flush with the wall no matter how hard I try.

Did the trick for the price. I customized the situation. Installed in closet in old house. Could not fasten to drywall. Got 1x4 furring strips secured to studs then mounted the shelving screws and supports to strips. Spent lots of time measuring to get it right. The braces have 'upside down' holders for the shelf front - like making a cup with your hand holding water should be the way, but flip your hand over and the support is against your palm/wrist is what they are, kept slipping, so I secured the brace/shelf ends with zip ties. Now it's secure holding 50lbs. Was good for the price. Other option was spending hundreds with lots of left over hardware. very happy with Home Depot!
