Waste of time and money

I ordered the white system. I got brown. Returned it and reordered the white system. Just got second order - mismatched items. White shelves but faux grain for the sides. Not only has this been a hassle lugging these heavy boxes in the house, repack, take them to Lowe’s for return/refund, but there’s also the time factor. Each order took time to get here, and now we’re behind schedule - not to mention the fact that everything in the closet is being stored. Unfortunately for us, we don’t have the time to take back to Lowe’s, reorder and wait another week - so we’ll have to make the best and buy spray paint. I’m very frustrated and disappointed.

This is a really great use of corner space and a well designed system. I have added two more units since hanging the corner shelf and it all fits well together. Getting the wall mount system figured out and installed took us a few hours and was made more difficult by some irregularities with our closet walls. Once we got that all figured out, the rest was smooth sailing.

The two corner mounted Closet Evolution units made installing the remaining units easily done. Now everything is nicely organized.

This corner shelf beat all my expectations. It's so big and roomy. It looks clean and nice and the best part is that it's up off the floor. It was easy to assemble once the rack was on the wall. I wish I had room to put a 2nd one in our closet!

Easy to assemble with clear instructions for guidance. Construction of the material and individual pieces are very solid and fit together well to make a substantial piece for the closet. It’s extremely useful in holding numerous folded sweaters and blankets.

Product assembly instructions were terrible. Poorly organized and confusing.

Nearly every piece arrived damaged. Still working on getting money back on this for the last week or so. Overall product is easy to assemble, useful for the space savings. This review is mostly for the back and forth with customer service between STOW the manufacturer and Home Depot.

Great add on to the closet system. Makes the corners more functional.

I ordered closet systems for 3 bedrooms. 22 boxes showed up over 3 days. Much of it was already damaged. The "wood" is basically sawdust wrapped in plastic. ITHese closets are terrible. They are brittle and damage easily. after almost 5 HOURS in phone calls and chats with home depot ...I returned 100% of this junk.

The boxes came in 20 separate boxes. If we knew that, we would have had it delivered. There were footprints all over it, large dents in 2 of the boxes, and some of the wood was damaged.

Contractor installed it for me, looks great!

I ordered several components of the Closet Evolution closet system. Still don’t have all the parts. Very cheaply made and came with no instructions. Cheap particle board, there’s a reason these aren’t in stores on display. Gave one star because it won’t let you give zero

Necessary hardware missing

They sent clothing rod holders for a corner shelf and no offset pins required for the corner cleat. Bought 3 kits so I wonder what surprise is next. This isn't difficult, you just can't have a nine year old in a sweatshop putting your kits together.

First delivery came damaged, long boards weren't packaged well for delivery and came in several different shipments. Customer service was helpful in getting returned and re-ordered. Once we had all the pieces, it was easy to put together. Works great, provides TONS of shelf space in our closet.

poor quality and bad directions.

The first shipment arrived damaged. In the second shipment 50% of the pilot holes on the shelfs were put in the wrong place. This was worst quality I have experienced on this type of simple product.

Great storage space. Convenient for shoes, sweaters, jeans or baskets. Happy with my purchase.
