It’s very sharp, easy to use and I like that it comes with the protective sleeve.

Julienne vegetable is now much easier

I've been eyeing on this for awhile since we never like our big grater (skinning the hand as well). Bit skeptical with this product initially but im glad it works like normal peeler but julienne instead. Very happy

Perfect for speeding up Christmas salad prep! Would recommend for use on cucumber, carrot & capsicum over smaller root veg like raddish as it struggled on the curves.

Works well. Better than I was expecting. Made carrot into matchsticks.

Not easy to handle

It’s sharp but Not easy to handle. Also it almost grates the carrot. I bought this because I use julienne cut carrots for noodles quite a lot. But I was wanting slightly thicker pieces of carrot but this peeler makes it quite fine which would be good for coleslaw

Fine cuts

I have only used once to shred zucchini into a salad and I loved it. My next step is to shred cabbage for a fine slaw. Easy to clean. I suggest washing & drying right away. It has no cover, so store it in a place to avoid accidental punctures to your fingers!
