Grater ok. Garlic chamber press still missing.
The moha grater is about a 3. I paid for the stainless steel one; they kept sending the plastic one. They never returned the $10 difference. The action is not as smooth as I expected it to be.
Works great!
It works so well, and I'm not grating my knuckles on a box grater doing my ginger anymore. It's very shiny and professional looking when I pull it out too!

It performs just as described. I like it better than my garlic press b/c I can use the one tool for the garlic and the zest and the shallots and whatever else gets grated in the recipe and only have one tool to clean up. Easy to use and clean.

WORKS WELL
Appeared light and flimsy but it works better thanmy microplane or excellent grader, It captures and releases most of the ginger I grate. No struggling to scrape ginger from the microplaner. I don't hesitate to add fresh ginger when needed.

Works great to grate ginger - a task I used to dread. Gets more out of a piece of ginger than a hand-held grater, and it catches the juices too. It is a little hard to clean the grating surface - but that doesn't bother me much.
