Shower Walls Not as Pictured

Buying this shower has been a nightmare. Initially, The Home Depot canceled my order for no reason. I reordered the product and the delivery company and Home Depot could not locate it even though it had supposedly been shipped to the store. When I reordered it for the THIRD time, it arrived but the raised area of the shower walls were much smaller than pictured. They looked ridiculous with a 36 inch base. I tried to resolve it with DreamLine, and they sent shower walls that were the same size.

The shower appeared pretty nice. However the flimsy glue to wall shower walls arrived broken, which was not discovered until we had already set the shower pan. Of course HD won’t replace just the walls, and neither will the manufacturer, so I had to pull the pan to return and replace. That started a whole other calamity of problems with HD, but not relevant to this product.

Good product with a very detailed set of instructions. The glass doors were well made and the walls were good though there was no way these could be cut to the right size with a simple box cutter. The shelves with the kit were a disappointment but overall this is a very good value, the quality is good and the end result looks great.

Beautiful shower. Very well packed. This is a great buy it fits perfectly in any corner. I bought it to replace my old shower and I love how elegant it looks . The sliding doors don’t allow the water to leak out like the old shower I had that had a door that opened out.

Quality product that fit my installation situation

Was very pleased with the product and ease of installation. Needed the corner entry due to room layout. Worked perfectly.

I'm sure at this price point there's better option

Nice base easy to install. Walls are a joke they were bubbled bad enough I had to put spreaders against other walls for hours so the sealant would cure enough to hold them. Their 3 day return is crazy when you need to wait for the base to dry before you can build wall out and put the surround on. You have to cut walls to fit the base, one size fits all, which means the decorative part is off center even on a 36" base. Won't buy another one that's for sure.

Nice product. Relatively straightforward installment. Directions were obviously written by someone for whom English is not their first language. If you have never installed a shower kit before, you will find the directions very confusing. Even the drawings for illustration were not helpful. This kit is ONLY RECOMMENDED for those with experience or someone who is hiring someone else to install it. The quality of the materials is better than most, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Good base and doors, bad walls

The walls have a memory in the acrylic and will bow away from the wall due to design it has very little surface contact against the wall because of ridges in design, don’t get walls use tile instead
