While this is smaller than what I had before, it works well. I love the roast setting. The only negative thing is that it take a long time for it to heat to the set temperature.

Not a durable product

I bought this oven and after a year the oven mode stopped working. Since it stop working after the one year warranty I was left to try and get it repaired. However, after contacting several service facilities as well as the manufacturer, no one will service the oven in my area. So I'm struck with an unrepairable oven that does not bake. The other modes of the oven still works, it just doesn't bake. I'm very disappointed as I spent almost $1000, for this oven and the home depot salesmen recommended

Didn't last two years.

Installed this oven in october 2022 and by Sept 2024 would not work with 'bake'. Only 'convention roast' function still heating up.

Stopped working after 2 yrs

Units bottom heating element stopped working 6 months after I bought this oven. 2yrs later the on/off button broke. They don't make appliances like they used too.

Love it

Bought this 2 weeks ago and the install and set up was easy. Oven was ready to use with an hour. Works great and easy to understand.

Way better than expected

I needed to change my 28 years old oven so didn’t have many options. Wall 24 in electric oven. I ended up choosing this and this is way better than expected.

Great until it suddenly stopped working

I really liked this oven until it stopped working after 1.5 years. Very disappointed.

Worst I’ve ever had.

This oven cannot keep a consistent temperature. Had it a few years. Fixed it several times. It’s annoying and I look forward to buying a different one some day.

Don’t waste your money

Lasted 8 months and the temperature won’t regulate. Gets hotter and hotter. Of course we bought it 13 months ago and so the warranty doesn’t cover it. Will not buy this brand again.

What's the secret to this oven??

This oven was purchased to replace a wall unit that went out. There is no preheat signal, takes forever to heat up. I never know what the temp inside is. The handle on the door gets VERY hot to the touch when using. What's the magic secret??? I've read the manual a million times.

Returned but reordered

Delivery was great. The oven arrived with the door crooked. We could not straighten it, but otherwise it operated fine and looked nice. We decided to return this one to Lowes and order another.

I never got to use it, it came defective and I spent months trying to work with COSMO for a solution. I received a refund for the item.I was thrown between so many places on the phone, and after months, and having a pick-up date past when they wanted the item, I gave up and finally asked for a manager. She was extremely kind and understanding of my situation, but unfortunately I don't think I would want to purchase an oven from here again.

3rd party reseller - not responsive

I’m having a really hard time returning this. The reseller has t responded to my last 3 emails. It’s still in the box, uninstalled. Heads up if you choose to buy this. I’ll update if anything changes.

Such a heachache

Our oven came with issues right off the bat. It heats way past the set temperature, and COSMO's customer service is a joke. They strung me along, I had completely reset the oven multiple times, took videos and photos of the issues, only for them to tell me they won't be doing anything "due to the nature of the issue."

Modern design that will add value to your kitchen

I got this oven to replace an old double oven gas unit. The selection of 24" ovens is limited and I can across this while shopping at Lowes. After learning all about the oven and the company that make this, I figured I would get this unit. It fit my space well and the empty area below has become storage space. The oven has been installed for over a month now and has performed wonderfully. It has a lot of features built in such as timed cooking, delay cooking, and convection cooking. Watching the video on how to use the controls was very instrumental in teaching me how to operate the oven's features and I highly recommend if for new users. Now it comes naturally since I am trained.
