Its a weird range

I bought this range summer 2022 for my cabin. It had everything I wanted--or so I thought--which included convection oven and bread proof settings. It does look very nice and has a professional feel to it. I've never been a fan of glass tops, but there is almost no choice on the market, so I had to buy one. C'est la vie. The oven heats well and evenly, and the glass top also heats evenly and quickly. The quirks that make it weird:

Needed an upgrade and sure got one!! Shipping was quick. Stove was delivered in pristine condition, not one hole or mark on the box. Stove is very user friendly and the perfect size as well as aesthetically pleasing!! Very happy with purchase!!

Absolutely terrible customer service

Failed after 2 yrs. Called customer service 15 X, now in my 3rd month trying to get the correct part. Twice incorrect parts were sent. Customer service is totally woke, meaning that they clearly hire based on anything but qualifications. They cannot identify parts or read a schematic, or ship a correct part. The main control board failed, which obviously makes it unreliable. Controls are counter-intuitive, the oven fan is incredibly loud. Poor design, unreliable, and horrible customer service.

The reason I give it a 1 star it came damaged the front top and bottom and side I kept it now I told them to replace it or take something off the bill.I had an nxr gas stove 6 burner that is a good stove I left it in the house so I buy a electric stove and it came damaged and I have in problem with the company.

a very nice stove, well packaged BUT first time used exceeded 48 hours past Home Depot policy of 48h past delivery - oven fan which apparently cools oven after use does NOT turn off - 12 hours (overnight) after use fan was still running - flipped breaker to off, wait count of 5 and turn back on and fan stayed off

Neat and Compact

This Cosmo 30" electric freestanding range is neat and compact for my modern kitchen. I am expecting years of great cooking. Very satisfied so far.

Bought to match other stainless appliances and it looks great! Measurements fit perfectly in the cabinet space that I have. Very happy!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

We purchased this range and once delivered we installed to discover a glitched that kept the fans running even once the one was turned off. We would have to turn the breaker off every time to make it go off. We called and reported it under warranty as it was brand new. THREE weeks later Cosmo said they couldn’t find anyone in our area to service it and refused to send a replacement. TERRIBLE customer service! Had Home Depot pick it up for refund and went with a more reputable brand.

Have it had it a few days. The fan comes on when baking and then does not shut off. It ran all night. I have to trip the breaker to get it to stop. Waiting for a warranty reply from Cosmo. I see other reviews report this issue. Bottom drawer is a little lower on one side. Not covered according to Cosmo. The display buttons are very hard to see and read. Hope it can be repaired or returned.

Stove was malfunctioning out of the box. Oven fan never shuts off, even when oven has not been used for days. Warranty does not cover replacement of the stove so we are stuck waiting to see if it can be repaired.

I have never ever had a brand new stove. I can not tell you how much I love this stove!!!! Do not let the 5 cu ft size sway you from buying this stove. The oven is HUGE and YES you can cook a whole turkey inside this oven. I love all the features and the design. It makes the kitchen flow without a bulky stove look. Best decision ever to purchase this stove. Thank you Wayfair for making this such a great experience from purchasing on line to delivery. Everything went so smoothly. Very impressed with you!!! And it takes a lot to impress me!

Far better than the overpriced ultrapremium brands

The design and quality of this range far exceeds my expectations. I wanted a better quality range, but I have had such problems with the ultra-premium brands that I vowed to never buy one of them again. the heating mechanism is amazing taking a fraction of the time of my old range. While the functionality is great, the design is absolutely beautiful and ergonomic.

Looks beautiful

We have an awkward area for a range. Despite best measurements we had to buy and return a range that wouldn’t fit. This one is full size interior but fits shallow depth counter. Doesn’t block drawers on side at right angle. Burners heat up fast! Was east and intuitive to set the clock. So far very happy!

This is a beautiful addition to my newly remodeled kitchen. I have tried several of the features on my range and for the most part have functioned properly.
