Faulty since purchase. Open warranty claim.
My oven arrived in early July. Today is 9/23 and my circuit board is still not working properly. Today the warranty tech came to install a new board, the board was the wrong board (as received from Thor). Why is it taking so long to resolve this issue? I bought this new oven over three months ago and it is still not working properly. Please reference ticket # T167249. Can you just send me a working replacement?
Love my 30 inch electric range
I am very happy with my purchase. I have yet to receive my free griddle from the first review that I wrote but I was just offered a second free item for writing this review. We'll see what happens. This stove is absolutely wonderful.
