Kitchen Upgrade

We have been searching for an upgrade that looked professional and allowed us to enjoy our cooking experience, but we are not professionals. This is amazing!

Beautiful range

Not only is this range beautiful, it has an enormous oven. Perfect for dinner parties. The knobs are heavy metal, nit the cheap plastic you get with most ranges. Cooktop works fine and convection is a nice option

Four broken parts in 2 years.

We purchased this stove to complete a kitchen remodel and have had nothing but problems with it. In the first few months, the knob light went out. In about a year, the back left burner stopped working, the lower element burned up and another one of the control knobs broke. The technician arrived and called the parts (under warranty) into Thor. The Thor rep has just told us that the parts could take up to 60 days to arrive. So, potentially without an oven for the holidays. On the way to buy another brand and leave this one on the curb for the trash man. Horrible wait times and bad quality. Do not buy this oven.

Beautiful 36 inch electric range option

They are limited in electric range options at 36 inches, this one is beautiful, looks high end!

Waste of Money

This is the worst range I have ever used! Do not buy this - it was the biggest mistake ever! It is loud and so annoying to use. I absolutely hate it and if it didn’t cost so much I would throw it out! You will be disappointed if you purchase this electric stove. Please save your money and buy anything else! Ugh!

Pretty good!

I have had my range for about six months. I like it but it is hard to operate the oven. I have to get out the book almost every time. The digital entries are hard for me. I also cannot figure out the one knob that doesn't turn on a burner. Looked in the book but can't find anything.

I have bad this for over one year. Love it. One problem with thermostat , but customer service took care of it immediately

Centerpiece of Our Kitchen

We are so happy with this beautiful professional range. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It is very heavy due to it's high quality, so it took two very strong men to bring it into the house and into place. Now that it is in our new kitchen, it really makes a statement. It is easy to use once you get used to the process, and both the stove top and the oven cook beautifully. It is such a generous size that I can cook so many things all at once. I really feel like a professional when I use this range!

WOW...Beautiful & Hard Working

I switched from LP to this electric 36 range. It added style and grace to my kitchen like a new remodel. The range is heavy, well built, and impressive. I am looking forward to using my large oven, lots of baking to catch up on.

Worst Purchase Ever

I am so disappointed in this purchase. I am 70 years old and this is the first new stove I have ever purchased and it is horrible! I would rather build a fire in the yard than have this stove! No wonder it said not returnable! That should have been my red flag! So expensive gor a piece of junk that sounds like a freight train running through my house! Ugh! Do not waste yiur money on this!

Stove was delivered earlier than expected. No issues so far except the dials were cheaply made. Feels like coming off each time. Overall it seems like a good product that will lsst. I’ll give a 4.5 for now.

The first stove came all scratched up and they had to replace it. The second stove the just delivered blew sparks at me when I tried to set the clock for the first time and now none of it will turn on at all. ( it’s completely broken/fried) I have never even used anything on the stove/oven!!! This is not looking good for the stove or Best Buy

Commercial Grade - Commercial Quality

We are so happy to have our new range. The delivery was so simple. Really well packed, easily unboxed, plugged in straight out of the box, and working. (Some protective films to remove, that's a good thing :) The burners heated super quick with very easy to use knobs. Btw, knobs are so great even for an electric range. The baking was even and made it easier with the temp sensor (plug into the inside of the oven). We didn't even know it came with that feature. Great range for a great price.
