after lengthy review of the product desired, and waiting several weeks, upon arrival and inspection, it was not at all what seemed to be advertised and was immediately returned for credit even before opening the carton. the store manager was especially helpful in that process and the staff all were most accommodating. i lingered at the store and ended up purchasing even more merchandise than the order due to their helpfulness...!
