Was not happy with the fry pan when it arrived!!

I guess it was my fault that I thought that a Cuisinart would never have been so cheaply made! I expected it to be made all in one piece of stainless steel and was surprised to see that it wasn't.

Functional Beauty

Not only functional, but beautiful. I have several pots and pans of this line and they perform wonderfully. Just get them hot enough before adding food and no sticking.

Cruisinart vs Hexclad & Ninja Neverstick

I bought the Chef's Classic pan to do a head to head test against Hexclad & Ninja Neverstick. I am buying new cookware for Short Term Vacation Rentals and they need to hold up to heavy use and quickly/easily look good for next guests . My favorite pans of alltime in this category of cookware are Belgique (no longer available). While the Cruisinart price point was really good, seemed a little less "solid" than the Belgique. But definitely a decent pan. In the head-to-head - the Hexclad won hands down. Not quite a fair comparison as Hexclad is a hybrid pan and twice the cost. Ended up purchasing the Ninja Neverstick for STR in Hawaii as shipping for Hexclad was too much. Did purchase Hexclad for our personal use. But would consider Cruisinart in the future as it is

Ditch the nonstick and save yourself the chemicals

Great everyday pan. I hated how nonstick would flake off and I didn’t think it was healthy to ingest. Went to stainless steel and won’t go back. Once you figure out how to use it properly it is easy to use and clean
