So far it working according to design. The toast is brown all over, even the top portion

I almost got burned

While this has great features, it feels cheaply made and parts of the handle were falling apart before I even used it. I ran it prior to putting any bread in and I noticed the entire top became hot enough to burn someone. The sides weren’t as hot but they still became much more hot than they should.

Disappointing

I like German black bread, sliced thin, and with this toaster the bread just did not get enough contact with the heater elements to get toasted, no matter the setting. My husband likes waffles in the morning and he too had issues getting them dark enough, to his liking. I've used Cuisinart toaster ovens for years and have been very happy with them, but now would like a smaller unit. This one was, most definitely, disappointing and is going back.

Great toaster. Easy to use and understand all settings and so many options on size doneness. I really like the sleek lines and very easy to keep clean and shiny.

I love this toaster. The options for toasting work fabulously. The only issue I have is if you have a large item to toast. It sticks out the top away from the heating elements. If you want it toasted, you have to flip it.

Family loves our new Cuisinart Toaster

Originally purchased a different brand that didn't have as many settings, but changed mind and exchanged it for this one that really wanted. Hesitated because we had a Cuisinart 4 slice toaster prior that was a different make and it had issues with a light staying on and a noise. Went ahead and decided to try this one due to features and memory settings. Have used it about a month and everyone in the family loves it. Perfect bagels, toast, English muffins, and waffles the way we each like them.... every time!! Has timer that shows countdown for how long each takes in minutes/seconds when start. It's quiet, outside doesn't seem to get as hot/stay as hot on top, as prior one did. Absolutely love it!!! Cord is in a little weird location, in my opinion, it starts in the front right corner and you wrap it in the clips underneath to the back. Our plug is on the left side of toaster so was worried cord would be too short, but it worked fine.

Toaster smart!!

Love the looks of the toaster, the large size and the memory feature. Only thing I would change is the sturdiest of the levers when pressing down to toast.

Received exactly what we were expecting in a fair amount of time.

works great now everyone has their favorite locked into memory so they get exactly the right constituency.....just wish their were other options i am not fan of stainless steel and the constant upkeep.

Underwhelming

I like the 4-slice quasi-digital toaster. Easy to use although the cord is a bit short. It is very light and I prefer a weightier product. I’m still getting used to the settings but so far found that it toasts too dark for my taste. I wish this product offered automatic lowering and fully digital controls.

Very disappointing

One side of the toaster stopped working after a year and a half.

It’s great when it works

I like the toasters power and accuracy but it always takes at least 3 times to get the toast to stay down. It just doesn’t stay down in the first push..ever. Once it does, it toasts beautifully and the bagel function works well.

Fancy toaster

I first thought this toaster was a little overkill with the screen and countdown but it's amazing. I love getting to select the type of bread and knowing exactly how long it will take to toast the bread. It's really handy when you're trying to get your breakfast together for a large group.
