Holy grail for glass skin

I'm in love with this product. Murad knocked it outta the park with gentle, exfoliating while hydrating peel. My face is clear and smooth as a baby with no irritation . My skin is sensitive and usually doesn't tolerate BHA's well. It's a must if you want glass skin.

Did everything I wanted it to!

I rarely write reviews but I felt like I had to since this product is so amazing! I’m 18 and have been struggling with acne since middle school. I’ve found that drugstore cleaners and even prescribed topical treatments keep my skin at bay, but far from clear. I especially struggle with textured bumps on my forehead. This peel worked like magic! After only using it for a week, my skin is more clear than ever. My acne and bumps are almost completely gone, my pores look smaller, and my eyebags are less noticeable. Highly recommend!!

Not for Everyone

With so many positive reviews I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately, it did not work for me… at all. I love the idea of a “3-in-1” AHA/BHA/retinol and was excited to give it a try. I had been using an AHA/BHA/PHA toner and expected this to yield similar results, but with the added benefit of retinol, I was wrong. When I first started using this product, I noticed some breakouts which I chalked up to purging from the re-introduction of retinol, (something I had prepared for happening as my skin purged the last time I introduced a retinol product). I gave it a couple months, trying it a few times per week, daily, both under and over a moisturizer, but I am currently at month three and my skin has never been worse. Since introducing this product I have woken up with a new pimple nearly everyday, and not just small insignificant ones, I’m talking large, painful, cystic pimples on my chin, around my mouth, jaw, neck, and cheeks. In addition to cysts, I’ve developed small, raised bumps all over my once clear cheeks. I’m no longer using this product and am really hoping my skin goes back to what it was before I tried this. Everyone’s skin is different but this product is clearly not for all.

Triple Threat Product - Can't Live Without It

I have been using this peel almost daily for a couple of months now (I have about a third of the bottle left) and feel confident enough to write a review. I waited this long so that I could go through a few hormonal cycles and see the long term impact.

After a year of having awful breakouts around my chin/mouth/forehead I finally asked someone for help. They recommended this peel. I can 100% say this worked AMAZING. I would say maybe a month after using this product my acne went away about 95%. All my little bumps under the skin also went away. This is my holy grail!

I have had one other peel like this where you need to mix the bottle around to get the ingredients to blend together before you use it. I think there are silicones in this which gives it a sort of slippery feel to it, which I don't love. I've used this on and off for a few week and it seems to be gentle enough. I haven't noticed any improvements in skin texture yet however.

I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Knowing they are a relatively small (compared to Sephora etc) Australian owned brand makes it even more impressive and I'm so happy (even excited) to know my money is going to a company that highly values its customers. I would encourage EVERYONE to shop here. Side note: they are also very budget inclusive with the range of products they carry which is always lovely. Thank you Beauty Affairs!!!!

This is by far, my favorite product!!! I use this daily peel every night and my skin has improved so much in less than 2 months. It’s so soft, acne free and I just simply love the texture. It looks so clean when I look in the mirror. The solution is kind of oily and it gives you a silly, hydrated look. I use it every night and then use my moisturizer on top of it. Make sure you shake the bottle before using. There’s no need to use so much of it. I totally recommend it. It has been a game changer for my skin. I totally recommend it.

Overall happy with the results and would use again

I've used 2/3 of the bottle by now and have a couple comments about the daily peel. First, I notice my skin is super smooth now, noticeably even in tone, and my blackheads/whiteheads are less noticeable. However, I feel like my pores aren't as small as I would have hoped, but I think my pores are larger than usual and that is just genetics. So, overall I feel like this product worked well for me. With any skin product, you have to be consistent, since if I stopped using the product for an extended period of time, my skin got a lot more textured/dull and face showed more dark spots and red spots.

"Like Glass"

I've incorporated this product into my daily skincare routine over the last month and it's been a game changer for me. Before this product, my skin had that uneven, micro-bumpy texture. When I wore medium to full coverage foundation, I felt that my skin texture was even more obvious that it was uneven and a little rough.

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

Great everyday product

My skin type is combination

What a great product! I love this stuff. I have fairly sensitive skin that is combination leaning dry and this stuff works wonders. I use it every other night before bed. It’s really helped with unclogging my pores where I would usually get little hard breakouts under the skin. It doesn’t dry my skin out either (but probably would if I used it every day - every other day works best for my skin). I feel like my skin looks a lot clearer and less dull since using this.

𝗔𝗱/ 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗱 - 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗹 💦 Gifted to me in exchange for my honest review. I’ve had this for a while now but trying to incorporate it into my routine has been difficult. If you didn’t already know, I use tretinoin, which is a prescription strength retinoid that helps to keep my skin clear of acne. This product also contains actives and we all know what happens when you mix it all together 😩 The main ingredients in this are: • AHA: Glycolic acid • BHA: Salicylic acid • Retinoid • Avocado extract Anyway, I had a little go with it and although I didn’t continue with it, I still think it’s a great product. It’s great for keeping pores clear and smoothing the skin. You need to give it a good shake to blend together the ingredients then apply to one of the super soft pads and sweep over the face. It’s not sticky or greasy, soaks in really well and it’s surprisingly gentle. I thought I’d react badly but I didn’t. It left my skin really soft. This is great for most skin types, oily/combo/dry/normal. It suggests to use this in your night time routine. Just don’t forget to wear your SPF during the day 😉
