BUYER BEWARE****Advertising as 13000 BTU but is actually only 8000 BTU, when contacted about it the seller was persistant that I was uneducated about air conditioners and was not reading the label properly.

Convenient and effective!

Quite satisfied with this unit so far. I've only been using the fan on high speed while waiting for my window insert and it's enough to cool our bedroom down. Can't wait to try the ac cooling capacity + heating during the winter months!

The setup was straightforward and the unit works as expected.

Bad unit! First time plugged from the company and doesn’t start!

Just received my replacement unit, and after all the starting informations have been perfectly respected, (waited at least 6hours before plugging it after reception),BUT IT DOESN’T START! EVEN, AFTER ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING FROM THE MANUEL EXECUTED, IT STILL DOESN’T START!!!

Warranty replacement

Just received a new unit as a warranty replacement. First try was successful. I am hop ing this one will last longer than the last one, only 2 Summers in Quebec. Replacement was straight forward though new unit is a step down from my last one. Customer service was very responsive and easy to work with.

Poor appliance life and poor warranty

Cooled for 2 seasons, then just stopped cooling. In heat mode it simply does nothing. No fan and no heat. Warranty sucks. For a $700 machine it is not worth the price, especially given the extra fees to dispose of it. Won't buy this brand again.

Work fantastic right out of box, window kit included is easy to assemble. Not sure if it is a downside or not I brought it paid new price the manufacture date on appliance is early 2022 and paid alot $$$ would have expected to pay less for old stock new appliance
