Didn’t fit very well and does not stay tight

They're too tight

Purchased by my wife for our new kitchen sink faucet install. This style of plug is too tight to fit a standard 2 in. hole without damaging the cap and possibly the sink. And, the lack of a rubber seal would surely allow water to leak into your cabinet.

Does NOT fot all sinks. Do not buy this cheap product.

Product is plastic not metal. Not satisfied with the product.,

Fit perfectly, we replaced the faucet which has a built in sprayer and need to cover that hole. We did not want to add a soap dispenser that had to be constantly refilled

Good for temporary use

Good experience exchanging the 1 1/4 in ordered & delivered for the next size larger, in the store. The Danco hole plug was an easy snap in solution. My only concern is, if it seals enough for when water drips from hands using the faucet handle. I don’t believe there is a rubber gasket on the hole plug. That is my reason for the 4 star rating. My faucet is Brushed Chrome, and these are polished chrome. It would have been nice to have a choice. I have only had these for 5 days.

Easy to install, looks good

Very flawed.

This could have very easily been made in a way that works. They clearly made it but never checked to see if it worked. It doesn't. The little teeth on the bottom are set just a millimeter too far in for it to actually grab. I took some pliers and straightened each tooth, then tilted it slightly inward and it worked. But it was a PITA! Makes me never want to buy a product from that brand when they make such an inexcusable mistake.

It worked as designed

The product fit, but it is not watertight.

I needed brushed but could only locate chrome. Product location was not as listed online and several store employees were clueless on where to find this. Finally found with assistance from zone manager.

Didn’t fit the way I was expecting. Easy to return, though! ;)
