Please HELP. Firepit wull not ignite

I cannot get the firepit to light. I'm pressing the ignition as turning the knob to Low but it never ignites. The propane tank is full. Please HELP!!

I’ve been looking for a new fire pit since our last one died (after 10+ years). I knew what I wanted based on the features the last one had (or didn’t have). This one checked all the boxes. . . We wanted one that had a flat surface to set drinks or small plates. . We like the modern looking ones; if that’s your style, this is a great choice. . Long, rectangular fire pits are nice for any size groups—there is room for 8 or more, but cozy enough to sit alone with a hot chocolate and a book. . Heat rises (surprise, surprise) so the ones built into dining height tables don’t provide warmth on chilly evenings. The height of this fire pit warms you—not the air above you. . You can adjust the flame easily with the controls tucked at one end. . The little side table is great! It hides the propane tank and is an additional seat or table. . This fire pit comes with a cover to help keep the dust, leaves, and whatever else may land on it. . And, it’s solid and seems like it will be durable. . So far, I’m very happy with this choice. It came quickly, set up easily, and looks great!

Love it. Great value for the money. But, about 8-10” on each end don’t light. So you only get the middle about 30” wide.

Beautiful Fire Pit

Love everything about this fire pit. It’s gorgeous and works well. The customer service team was there for me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend.

Perfect fire pit, just what I was looking for, for our outside area. Great price, quality and very quick shipping. Came assembled, basically pulled out of box, hooked up gas and was able to enjoy the same day it arrived. Bought as a beginner fire table/fire pit…but don’t really see a need to upgrade (I.e. more expensive unit), this gets the job done perfectly. Do wish it was a little heavier, people always want to put their feet on “stuff”, this being a center piece gets a lot of foot traffic and slides. But I’ll probably fashion up a weight to go underneath where lava rocks were to prevent sliding. Also, I upgraded to the black glass instead of lava rocks…good idea, probably only need 15-20 lbs worth (I got a 35 lb bag and probably have little less than half remaining, which might be good b/c my kids already have been carrying off some as treasure).

Clean lines, looks way more expensive than it is. Fits in perfect in my modern outdoor kitchen

First one arrived damaged. Customer service was prompt and overall helpful to get a replacement.

It's a great heater , very sturdy, nice color.

No complaints here. The only thing I would mention is the instructions are slim and you have to push and hold down the ignition button and then the gas button to get it started and hold that gas button down for 15-20 seconds max until the coupling opens up to keep running. Works great. Otherwise, it’s the best deal I’ve seen for this type of gas fire pit. Perfect height for loveseat and chairs, and puts out serious heat. I have outdoor curtains that close off my back porch and I crank it up at first, and then can turn it down because it warms up the space so well. We were outside, it was 43 degrees outside but toasty warm in the space.

Looks just like the photos. Seems to be sturdy, and even comes with a cover to protect it from the elements.

Awesome beautiful fire pit ! We are very happy with the purchase . True to description and it arrived in 3 days . Really no assembly was required, just purchasing the propane tank and hooking that up ! Definitely recommend.

We got our fire pit and it is exactly as described! It is lower to the ground so it keeps you warm and gives off good heat! I wasn’t a fan of the red rock it came with so we went and got glass rocks and it looks so classy! Overall 10/10 recommend!

Super impressed on how fast we received this fire pit table within 3 days from ordering. We did purchase the blue mirror glass instead of using the lava rocks which works and looks great and keeps us warm. Everyone loves it! Great purchase.

Great medium sized fire pit for the price! It’s bout 3.5 feet long and the ledge doesn’t have too much space for drinks but it gives off a good amount of heat. We liked it so much that we are moving it to our cape house and ordered the larger version from this brand. If you’re on the fence, just get it!

Great product for the price!

EXCELLENT product! Perfect height to really feel the heat and it puts out a lot of it! Comes with an extra long tank hose so you have options as to where to put your side table/tank cover. Pre assembled, just get the rocks from under the fire pit, connect the tank hose and you’re ready to go! Really good price for an excellent product. If I were to have complaint/concern it would be to make the handle holes on the tank cover a bit larger so you can fit your hand through it to turn the gas on/off rather than having to lift the cover every time. Other than that, I’m completely happy with this fire pit and you will be too! I did switch out the lava rocks for blue glass and it looks fantastic!

Good value. Not as heavy/durable as other's i've seen. but for the price it is good and we're happy with it.
