I was shocked at the price but it's absolutely necessary for the Roman tub faucet. I was lucky to get an open box with a price half of what was on other sites. The product arrived fast and in like-new condition.

This was a rewarding experience for me to find what I needed at a fair price.

Purchased a open box unit. I have purchased MANY times over the years. I have NEVER had an issue like this. They sent the product. Someone had swapped out the cartridge with a used one. Wayfair will not send me a new, as it said on the box, opened but new. I am trying to find a cartridge online that will go with the delta tub mixer.

Wish there was available an option for the same rough-in pre-crimped PEX valves thru Home Depot. They are available from other vendors.

I don’t know much about these but they used them on my bathtub to install the faucets. The faucets look great. They match the faucets that were installed on the vanities .

Two of the pieces worked; however, the bottom of one of the valves was curved and our plumber was unable to use it for our tub. We had to purchase another valve and paid double the amount as the return window closed. Not happy with the quality of the product if it was able to get damaged that easily.
