My plumber raves about Delta products and they indeed deliver. High quality product inside and out.

I only wish that Delta would find a way to be more obvious about the differences between their rough-in valves. They all have names that seem like they'd be right, but only a plumber would know what Delta really means.

I recommend it because it is a matched set with other Delta shower valves. BUT, the problem with it is there is no lower attacking lug. It has 2 screw attachment ears on the top and none on the bottom. If you even lightly tighten it, the valve will lean upwards and not sit straight. Poor design.

I bought a Tub n Shower Unit (KOHLER) VALVE NOT INCLUDED on your site(HOME DEPOT) Site came up with customers order this with their purchase DELTA TUB/SHOWER DIVERTER ROUGH IN KIT . I order online receive it AND go to customers house work two hours wouldnt work because its 2 different COMPANIES, I look like and idiot. I call Kohler they said it wont work dont know why Home Depots' site printed that wrong information, . The KOHLER lady tells me the product number and says Home Depot has just the Kohler Valve in stock. I go there and talk to plumbing guy and He says" we dont sell just the VALVE." I end up buying a new Chrome Tub and Shower just for the Valve because I ordered GOLD . Very dissapointed in the wrong information by HOME DEPOT SITE and KOHLER Representative. Time and Money lost. Plus embarrassement with Customer. I WISH I knew how to post a Picture to win a $1000.00 just picture it in your mind a forward me the $1000.00. Thx

If you install this valve the way the rough in tells you too, you will be very disappointed. Our valve trimmed out perfect and this transfer valve was to far back in the wall. And of course they don't make an extension for this. We had to cut open a tile wall on the other side of the valve to offset this valve above the shower valve causing us to look bad. Also install the cartridge at rough, good luck trying to remove the bonnet nut when it is an 1/8 inch behind the finished wall.
