Poor quality threading for screwing on shower head and hose.

The water pressure is strong, which is good. Switching to the hand held Is convenient, as well as cycling through the various spray functions. I gave a rating of only 3 stars because I had trouble attaching the shower head and the hand held hose without a lot of leaking and I ended up stripping the plastic threads. I had to use a lot of plumbers tape in order to stop the connections from leaking.

Excellent shower head! High quality and very versatile sprays. We love the hand held feature and sleet look of this shower head.

moved into new build and used for first time. It will not stay in place. It actually smacked my husband in the head

Loving this Showerhead

Fantastic solution for a shower head that allows you to use the flexible hose so you can clean the shower.

The fixtures look beautiful in my bathroom. I am especially happy with the removal hand attachment for bathing. This convenience is something I was looking for. The sleek design of the fixture is appealing to be as well as the beauty of the fixture. The ease of turning the handle on and off is a plus. Love it all.

This fixture will do the job! It has clean lines and the finish is better in person. House under construction but looking forward to installing.

Only 2 showers using this and feeling it out. I Like it. Not sure I love it. I’m petite 5’3” and the control is on top and tucked behind the unit. It’s a very simple lever to push down for settings, but it’s still way up there. The base gives very nice general water flow. The insert wand is more water pulsing and it locks great once you figure how. The only mistake I made was more about choosing this color- this is the brushed stainless and it’s a very “muddy” metal color with no shine or brilliance. I will go back to chrome next time. Live and learn.

A bit smaller for what I replaced it with. Could have a more even pressure between spray options.

Cheap plastic connections result in leaks

The features and water flow were good. When assembling, the connections were plastic (surprising in a Delta), and the threads didn’t line up well, causing a bad seal and leaking. There was a big leak between the hose and connector (which was one piece out of the box). Because of the leaks, the water pressure is really low coming out of the hand held part. Too late to return, or I would.

I got 2 of these and the shower head always falls back down. It’s heavy and created a big scratch on my white tile. I donated them.

I ordered this because I liked the design and thought the quality would be good. I am now sorry I did that. A few months after installation, the black exterior surface started to peal off the head and end up on the shower floor. I let it go because I don't have a lot of time to mess around with this sort of thing. But It is almost all a shiny steel gray now--the color under the black surface--and I want to warn other potential buyers. I am very disappointed with this shower fixture.

This went back but it’s very nice shower head. I will get it in future just different color

Love it! Great pressure and very versatile. I can finally get the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair.

A very good experience

Alexa was wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable. When we come back for bathroom light fixtures, we will seek her out.

Like the different spraying selections. Would prefer more than 3 spraying outlet in the center of the head

Cheaply made and faulty

Made of mostly plastic parts and when attaching the head it will not stay in place. The weight of the hose pulls it down hitting you in the head. Very disappointed for the money.

Terrible. Avoid this bad design

We just spent a ton of money to totally re-do our main bathroom. This shower head was installed by the contractor and was immediately a problem. The hand held unit fell out and could not be positioned back in holder unit. It hangs loose and is a failure.

terrible product!

i turned on the water and the hand held part came flying off and hit me in the head. it did not stay even with the water off! i was sent a second one and it too was basically a piece of 'junk'

Has a nice matte finish and it's description sounds good. It's square shape matches are new bathroom motif. Haven't gotten it installed yet to know how well it works. The magnet is quite strong and I'm afraid I might have to struggle to get it off when it is securely attached.
