Not for florida
Had this faucet for 3 years and the flow has gotten progressively worse. I looked online for cleaning tips for the FL lime build up - but nothing worked. I confirmed this is a common issue with this faucet and the head must be replaced at some point - For $94?! I thought this was a better faucet. IF I buy another faucet head, will this be an ongoing issue every three years?? I guess I just need to find a new FL-friendly faucet. And don’t trust the reviews here as the full story…
Product is wonderful. It is smooth and easy to operate. It completes our faucet family. All the other faucets in our home are Delta Leland. The instruction manual must from poorly translated Mandarin Chinese. The instructions make the installation almost impossible. 4 stars because of how difficult the installation became.from trying to understand the hieroglyphics which don’t match the video they tell you to watch
Replaced the same model
We had to replace the same model in a house we recently bought because the previous installation was done so poorly that the faucet handle wobbled and even when fully tightened down. The skirt spun around because a tab had been broken during the original installation. It was painful to have to buy a new one but the replacement is much more stable .
This faucet is excellent quality and has a beautiful finish ! Only complaint was that it was missing a piece from the box. Delta was contacted and they shipped the missing piece for free . Unfortunately, it took about a week so no kitchen sink because our local Home Depot didn’t carry this particular faucet in store or anything close to it. Very happy with it now that the piece arrived and it was finally installed.
Looks beautiful-works for a year or 2...then leaks
We totally redid our kitchen and selected this faucet. BAD IDEA!! It worked great for 2 years...then the lever started to be very touchy and needed to be in the perfect spot so it wasn't leaking...and it kept getting worse and worse (leak wise)....and then we had to replace the valve/cartridge yearly...if not sooner! I just looked at the last cartridge we bought since it is leaking again...it was 11 months ago. We are now looking at replacing the faucet.
Intermittent leaking
Faucet was purchased and installed over a year ago. The faucet looks solid and fits my style. However, from the start we’ve had some leaking reportedly due to a faulty valve, as well as the tiny hot & cold indicator tab that gets pushed into the hole, keeps falling off. The customer support was excellent with quick turnaround, we received the replacement parts with instructions. We replaced the
The product is beautiful. But it had zero installation instructions no registreation for warranty ZERO. I purchased 2 of these and we had to go online to try and figure out how to install this. Also, I had 3 10% off coupons and tried to apply any one of them and not one worked. We are just instaling them now with a large very expensive copper sarm house sink and a copper bar saink for the Island. This was the first firchase I ahve made and will probably go elsewhere next time. When th ekitchen gets done I will proide a picture. I paid 700 plus dollars for these 2 Delta sinks.
Great faucet but . . .
We first bought this faucet 5 years ago at Home Depot and installed it in our kitchen. It has held up wonderfully over time and a lot of use. Recently the faucet began dripping (which was to be expected after 5 years of use) and it was time for a new faucet. I would give the old fixture 5 stars as it has done a stellar job for the past 5 years. Based on this experience, we decided to buy the same faucet from homedepot.com.
NOT only did I get this Leland Pull Down Touch Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology at bargain-basement price; but the installation only took 20 minutes! I LOVE 'ALL' the function features! Having the pull-down hose feature makes rinsing my deep double sink well easy to wash and rinse down. I LOVE also the manual hand control for when the battery dies; I won't get caught in a jam if I should delay in purchasing replacement batteries that are easy to install and take out. The various temperature settings controlled by the lever arm are another EXCELLENT feature of this Leland Faucet System. Everyone should have this Leland Faucet System in their Kitchen. Thanks, Wayfair and Leland (Delta System) for another FANTASTIC product! PS: As you can see from the photo, the color matches perfectly with my stainless steel double sink. The color is Arctic White. Good luck!
Kicks the snot out of Moen.
I replaced my kitchen sink and wanted to switch from a four-hole setup to a single hole setup. I started looking at Moen faucets and found what I thought to be the perfect choice. However, the first faucet I bought had a broken part so I had to return it. After exchanging it, I installed the new faucet and was underwhelmed by the strength of the stream of water. It was significantly less powerful than our outgoing faucet. So, I decided to return that one and get a Moen faucet that has their "Power Boost" feature. I installed it and noticed that the spout was bent. So, back it went as well. At that point, I decided to try a different brand. Did some searching and decided that the Delta Leland was going to be my next choice to try. I would say that the Moen faucet was MUCH easier to install than the Delta faucet was. The really stiff hot/cold hoses were a pain to situate during installation and the little metal circular base with the plastic insert would not stay aligned during installation. I got severely frustrated during the installation process. However, once I was able to finally get it installed, I was blown away at how much more powerful the water stream is from this faucet. It kicks the butt of the Moen faucet I had tried. It's a beautiful faucet and I'm very impressed with its power and features. I wish it was easier to install but once it was in, I was very happy with my purchase. Big fan of Delta's performance right now.

I don’t know where to begin. I was excited to purchase this faucet, however, I was disappointed at the experience I had when it was installed. The plumber installed it and everything was fine. That night the faucet was leaking at the handle. Plumber came back the next day and adjusted handle as directions stated. Again faucet was leaking. Until I was able to get plumber back again, I lived with leak. He returned a third time and when he took apart the handle saw that the part was defective. I called delta and a replacement part was being sent out. Got the plumber back a fourth time. He replaced the part and all seems fine at the moment. Of course the expense to have the faucet installed correctly and finally was more than I had anticipated. Hard to give it a fair rating….

The faucet has been installed only one week. I gave it four stars because the soap dispenser, which has to be ordered separately, has a different color. The Artic Stainless faucet reads a bit blue, but the soap dispenser is more gray. And neither match the color of the drinking faucet for the RO system, which is brushed nickel. The Artic Stainless color does not match the stainless sink. Different colors is not ideal. The faucet is good size as it reaches to above the sink drain; and there is plenty of pressure from it. The pull out seems to work well. The hot/cold control works well, too.

This faucet is great except two things.
Looks good. Fairly easy to install
I replaced an ageing Moen Aberdeen kitchen faucet with this one after my Moen kept springing a new leak every few months.

Overall, this is a very good "solid" kitchen faucet. The satin-silver finish looks as good in person as it does on the site. This faucet has a nice quality feel (good "heft") the handle alone is quite substantial, as is the base and detachable (corded) spout. The spout offers different water projection options-a nice feature. Installation was VERY straight forward (even those with little or NO experience should have no trouble). All components fit together very well. Two minor issues that are really NON-ISSUES (more personnel taste/opinion really): 1) There are two "fine screen filters" within the black "capsule spout" (inside the finished spout). The first screen (to come in contact with water-not seen at the end of the spout) was so fine in fact, that it actually slightly reduced my water pressure (even at 35-45psi). I ALWAYS want MAX water pressure (which I can regulate with the handle) so I simply removed that filter; as it was VERY easy to do. 2) The magnetic "connect" between the spout and the curved neck works VERY well-these are very strong magnets-a bit too strong perhaps. But nothing about this faucet is a "deal breaker." I really like it (been using it now for about 3 weeks) and of course it operates flawlessly. Good job Delta!

I have had this faucet for about 2 months. I did exhaustive research before I chose it for my kitchen remodel as I am particular that way. Didn’t want to make a costly mistake. I volunteer at a hospital hotel where their kitchen has 3 of them and they have held up to tremendous use for 3 years (supposedly 9 years of regular home use). Anyway the only negative I found is that the base does show some water spots, but I’m ok with wiping them off. Water pressure is great, can definitely switch between cold, warm and hot water. I didn’t install, so I can’t comment on that. Looks great. Plenty of room in front and back. Good size. Water stream falls in the middle of the sink. I’m not very good at using the Shield Spray feature and don’t really see the need for it, but maybe I’ll learn. Overall I love this faucet and would purchase again.
Install was straightforward. Faucet has worked perfectly for months now. I wish I would have upgraded years ago.

I have only had the faucet for a week so I cannot speak to how well it will hold up. It does feel very well made. I did hire a plumber to install it and after watching him work for an hour and being contorted under the sink, I know it was worth the cost. We positioned the handle to the right side and that has been very convenient since I am right handed. It takes a bit getting used to the goose neck sticking up so high, but that also means it is very easy to move pots below the flow of the water. I debated about going "modern" but am very happy that I did. The pull-down sprayer is so convenient --I no longer have to jiggle and fool with the sprayer hose which used to get stuck under the sink when I pulled it up to use it. The water spray may splatter more than your old faucet since it is falling from a higher distance, but you learn how to be careful quickly. If you do have a separate sprayer to the right of the faucet, you will need to buy a separate metal plug piece to cover the hole when you remove that sprayer. So far I would definitely recommend this faucet. It was out of stock originally but Home Depot kept me informed of availability and I was able to pick it up at my local store.

I love this faucet. Had it installed several years ago in a property i just sold. Moved to a new home and immediately replaced the builders faucet with this one. It's solid, sturdy, the neck pivots easily and Delta improved the sprayer from the original by incorporating a spray pattern that's shaped like a narrow dome where the water sheets downward and limits spatter. The sprayer retracts easily and stays put. Goes great with the Evolution All in One Drop in S S Sink SKU 1003546321 internet 306656155 which I also replaced the builders sink with. Check that review too! I had a plumber install both. They attached the faucet water lines to the wrong house lines! I had to disconnect them and reconnect to the right ones! But that's a separate issue. The faucet lines where clearly marked red and blue but they were very stiff.
Nice Faucet with Separate Handle
Have just installed this faucet and it is working well. One curious thing is that the handle moves very little between hot and cold - almost not at all. This means you need a fine touch to select temps between all-hot and all-cold. However, it doesn't seem to be much of a problem and something we'll definitely get used to pretty quickly. Also, if the spray is selected and then you turn the water off, it will come back on as a spray. My prior faucet didn't do this, when it turned back on it was full-stream. I preferred the full-stream deal, but that's just a personal choice I expect. Appears to be heavy-duty and the finish is very nice. To be perfectly frank, we ordered this because it was pretty much the only one we could find where the handle is not part of the faucet. We have granite counter tops and have 3 holes which were used for faucet, handle and soap dispenser. That's the type of replacement we wanted so we wouldn't have a random hole we had to plug, which totally changes the nice finished look of a granite counter top. Based on my online research, this is a common complaint and concern for people replacing a faucet. I can't imagine why the heck manufacturers don't provide that option anymore. Time will tell if this is a durable item, I have no comments on that at this point. My prior Moen lasted almost 10 years and I'm hoping to get at least that much out of this one.
