Folded Rug Impossible To Flatten Out

The 8x10 rug I purchased was shipped all folded up instead of rolled. There are kinks everywhere and it’s impossible to flatten out. Would have been a nice rug if it was just properly rolled instead of folded. Will be returning.

Love this rug. Put it in my infants nursery. It’s thick and when he’s crawling around on it I don’t worry if he tumbles over since the rug has cushion. Beautiful rug.. easy to vacuum but it is thick so I can’t really use my carpet shampoo machine on it

I absolutely love this rug. I get so many compliments. I will say this...it is very durable and keep be easy to keep clean if you had a separate living room area that is a low traffic zone. I live in a apartment and I had to store it for when I purchase my home, but it was definitely a great investment.

Nice plush shag rug. It was mostly true to color but lends more ivory. Ended up returning for a larger size. Good value for what your getting. Loved the tassel element.

I really love this rug. It goes perfect with our living space! However, I was expecting the rug to be dark grey and it was dark blue which was a little disappointing

This rug is absolutely beautiful. I used a rug pad underneath to avoid slipping. I love the ivory and white it makes the whole room look brighter. I have a ton of gray, so that’s why it really lightens it up. It’s plush in about 2 inches of pile. I’m looking at it for a runner at this point. Because it’s so beautiful and I want to tie it into the kitchen. It’s cozy for the dogs to lay on also. It’s a little bigger than I originally anticipated, but I heard a third of it under my couch. I like the angle that it’s at also.

Cheap look and feel

Very cheap looking and not plush at all. The tassels have a shiny look to them which makes it look even cheaper. I realize the cost is low so bad quality may be expected but I’ve bought rugs in the past around this same cost that were much better quality. Will be returning.
