for a small bathroom, the smallest length was 18". But it was easy to shorten the tube of the cross bar using a plumbing pipe cutter. Now the towel bar matches the Kohler Devonshire faucet and tub fixtures

I have tried 3 timed to return this item. Wayfair has made it very difficult to do so seamlessly. The product is as expected it just will not work in our application.

I just totally remodeled my master bathroom - total custom job. I needed a rustic looking towel rack in oil-rubbed bronze and this fitted the bill perfectly. Nice and solid and a really nice finish. We mounted the towel rack on a live wood backing for some extra pizazz.
