[Rewarded Review] Classy vintage look & works great

We renovated the bathroom in our Victorian home and I wanted a shower system with all these features and was hesitant on the exposed pipe design when I first say it but I am really glad I went for it. It looks amazing and fits so beautifully with the historic essence of the home. All 3 water features work really nicely, with good water pressure as well. So glad we ended up going with this option! We paired it with the 59" Leith tub and they're a great match.

Illegal to use in Florida

Beautiful product. Illegal to install in Florida so unable to use. This device does not have a thermostatic control valve and the manufacturer is not able to provide a temperature range this valve allows, so this valve CAN NOT be used on Florida based on Florida Plumbing Code. Found this out the hard way.

In our 4th year and is still working beautifully

We have had the Dolwick for almost 4 years now and it has been wonderful. It's a quick change between modes, which is really nice. And it just looks beautiful. We have never had any issue with it except a simple clogged tip in the shower head. But that was after 3 years and it cleaned up easily. The shower head is great more on the gentle side while the handheld is more powerful but not like a power wash! Fills a tub quick enough. I only realized I didn't leave a review because I am looking for something similar for our shower!

Gorgeous and high quality

I love the look and feel of this faucet. Its heavy and seems very good quality. I love using it. The only drawback is make sure you have a good plumber. Its somewhat difficult to install. It also dribbles too long when switch between bath, shower and sprayer.

Ignore Negative reviews!

I'm so happy I went through with buying this. The guy on the phone convinced me - I called customer service number and a human picked up on the first ring. I asked about all the negative reviews and he said - "We don't get many reviews compared to how many products we sell. We also modify our products as we get feedback, and if a product gets a certain amount of negative reviews we pull it from production." I looked back at the bad reviews and realized that the dates were all scattered over the last like ten years. Anyway, this shower head was the ONLY one of its kind I looked everywhere for something that looked vintage and ultimately came back to it. Not cheap but worth the price. It's like a fancy piece of jewelry for your bathroom. I like having a hand shower to clean the tub - would never consider a shower head that didn't have one. (I clean my tub every time I take a bath.) Controls are easy to use. Just make sure you get the matching drain for your tub in the same finish. (I accidentally got silver and now we have to switch it.) Anyway I have to end off by saying that overall Signature Hardware has been really helpful anytime I email or call them and it's a pleasure buying products from that kind of company! They stand by their quality and I would definitely start with Signature Hardware with my next renovation.

Load Hammering Noise

Similar to other reviews, I remolded my bathroom and purchase this item. I recent installed this and now hear a very loud hammering noise anytime hot or cold water was turned on anywhere throughout the house. I had a plumber check the pipes but it seems that the problem is the faucet itself. This isn’t the cheapest shower faucet and I thought I was buying a quality item. Now I’m wondering if anything can be done to mitigate this issue.

These are magnificent! Great quality and beautiful. They add an element of elegance to the bathroom. Really high end! Will share photos once it’s installed. Did take a little extra work on the plumbing side of things-I have a handy husband though 😅

Great Shower/Tub Hardware

Very sturdy construction and solid feel. Valves feel good in the hand. Assembly was easy. Very happy with this purchase. Wife loves the style.

DO NOT BUY! Causes Pipe Hammering

After installing this fixture our pipes developed a very loud hammering noise. At first we never even considered that this could be cause by our brand new shower fixture, but after two separate plumbers can out and strapped all out water pipes (under the house), installed a new water pressure regulating system as well as installing an expansion tank on our water heater we realized that the hammering was being caused by the faulty water pressure valve within the Dolwick faucet. Signature Hardware sent us a replacement valve and it DID NOT fix the hammering. The plumbers expenses neared $1,000 and since our entire bathroom remodel was planned around this shower faucet, this has been our MOST regretful purchase ever! The worst part is, since this has an exposed shower pipe, we have removed the shower pipe that was originally in the wall and have already tiled the entire shower, so we can not just replace the faucet and end this nightmare. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not buy this faucet. You can reference the reviews on the same faucet, just under a different name (ALLISTON) on Signature Hardware's website that will confirm this issue was just not my fixture.

[Rewarded Review] Classic style, quality construction, easy installation

The Dolwick exposed shower system was the perfect application for a customer. There are not a lot of options available for a traditional looking exposed pipe system and this one matched the style perfectly. The slide mechanism supports the handheld properly. The showerhead has a nice spray and the connections to the hot and cold are very easy to install. I recommend this product.

Excellent fit and finish - looks great!

After a nightmare with another vendor I found this product. Sales support was fantastic via the chat and the shower system arrived on time exactly as described. Good price for a high quality item. I will do business again with Signature when needed.

Great quality & easy DIY

This was a bit of a splurge for our bathroom remodel, but we could not be happier with the quality. We had existing plumbing (1950’s) that we were working with, and the customer service team was fantastic with our questions regarding dimensions and installation.

Good product that nicely accentuates my bath.

I love the look of this piece. It also functions well, is easy to use and the sprays are nice. My only disappointment is that the handheld device does not change settings.

High quality fixture

The Dolwick exposed pipe shower and tub faucet is so nice. We had a defective part and I can't say how awesome the customer service rep. Tina was. She had the parts on route to me within a couple days. Excellent service and quality!!!
