Poor Quality manufacturing

Black paint outside on mango wood patina is showing dried paint cracks in between wood seams, also black paint is chipping from under the shaded wooden panels. Also 2 of the panels have wood dings or imperfections that don’t match the rest. I would attribute it to Poor quality paint job. I contemplated returning it but there is no guarantee another one of same kind would be any better. Plus I I had already scheduled an electrician to hang it…….overall disappointed with quality of chandelier. I wonder if manufacturer offers touch up paint to do paint correction? That would be helpful!
