Pretty good couch. Fits the house nicely. Delivery was ahead of scheduled date and feels nice. No rugged cloth.

5 Stars I Love My Couch and Recommend It!

I was on a budget and purchased because of the price point and I'm glad I did. The quality is surprisingly good. I can sit on the chaise part and it's nice and firm, I don't see it sinking in. Also the exterior fabric has a soft texture. No regrets.

Very comfortable sofa especially the high back.

Purchased in June and delivered July 5. It was delivered in a carton and was assembled by the drivers. it was positioned at my direction and they were polite and very accommodating. Very please with my purchase until I sat on the chaise and the material stated to sag immediately. The rest of the couch is perfect. I want to ask for another cushion not the entire sofa.

Old Grumpy and unhappy

The couch is fine. The delivery was less than satisfactory. They left it in shipping container on it's side in the middle of my living room. There was no; "it's extra charge for us to put it together" it was just "this is what I am to do and if I put it together Penny's will be unhappy. I thought I was the customer and the one to make happy. Silly me! I'm almost 76 and had 2 heart attacks my wife is 73 and recovering from rotator cuff surgery. You can imagine the fun we had wrestling the couch. If I wanted a furniture kit I would have went to IKEA.

Just what I was looking for

The sofa looks great. The stone color is a light gray, not as brown as in the display pictures.

Smaller stylish couch

Perfect for my apartment! It fits perfectly in my one bedroom apartment without taking up too much room. It fits 2-3 people comfortably.

Bad threading in couch. I spoke with the sales person Lorraine Wharton on June 6th, 2024 and sent her a picture. She said she would see what she could do but I haven't heard back from her.

Great Neutral Couch

Great couch. The color goes with everything and the matching pillows work great. The reversible chaise is great for rearranging the room easily and is very versatile. It's super comfortable and easy to spend lots of time on.

Wonderful sofa for the price. I have a small living room, but wanted to have my feet up. This sofa works great and is comfortable enough. It works for us and I am happy with the purchase.
