JUNK power Switch

My son bought Model 7901301426 through Amazon 2 years ago. ON/OFF Switch always felt weak from first use, difficult to get work light to turn on and off. My son loved it so much, I had to buy another one for me. The switch failed completely about 3 months ago. SUCKS that there are no available parts available. Will not be buying anything more form this company.

Never received!!

Order was confirmed, but shipping information was never provided. I have lost all faith that I will ever receive the product. Of course, I will scrutinize my credit card statements for unearned charges from Lutec. In short, I will not be buying anything else from this company.

I use a light in my customers home when there isn’t enough light. I do tile repair and install so it’s important to have good light, the unit folds easily and it lightweight. I’m very happy!

We received our portable light and there was a problem with the switch. We contacted Lu tech and within 5 days they sent a new fixture. We love the brightness n portability of this lamp. Thank you for your prompt replacement lamp. You will not be disappointed if you chose this portable light fixture.

Great, but needs better instructions

Great light, but no instruction booklet to tell you all the capabilities of the light, ways to use it, maintenance (bulb replacement?), etc. The tiny single paper that came with it had only pictures showing how to adjust the light heads that I found impossible to follow without written directions. No mention of why the allen wrench was in the package. This might be a 5-star light, but people won’t fully realize it without better instructions from the company.

Lutec Portable Worklight

Collectively this light has much going for it. It is very bright, it adjusts easily, it is well made, and it is extremely portable. I have used it in my shop to illuminate areas I am repairing during auto body refinishing. When stowing it it has a nice area for holding the cord. Just a great light.

First one I received had defective switch. Customer service was excellent. Took care of the issue quickly and received a brand new one within the week.

I bought this light to illuminate my driveway for cornhole at night. I also use it while working on cars. The light is very powerful and bright. The best thing about it is when youre done with it, it stores away nice and neat. Quality light!!!!

Overall it is a good work light option for me- quality+, versatilty+, cost-affordable when on sale. Operation control buttons could be a little more intuitive function-wise.

Bright and easy to move around

I got this for my parents laundry room in the basement. It shines brighter than the two ceiling lights in there combined. Price is amazing. I compared a lot of lights before choosing this one. Definitely the right choice. You arent going to get as good a light for this price. DONT ACCIDENTALLY LOOK INTO THE LIGHT!! Boy, was that a terrible mistake to make when I was first positioning the light. We have had no trouble with the cord or the on/off toggle. Perfectly easy to use. Love it and definitely recommend.

Great Light, used in house painting

Great Light, we used to paint our whole house when using a sprayer. In reading other reviews was a little nervous because people said the back of the light got hot. We knew we would have to cover the light portion with plastic and tape because we were spraying. Yes there are parts that get hot on the back of the light, however we were able to use 1 in blue tape to help stick the plastic over the light portions. It folds up easily and pretty tight. Great light, great price, would by another one.
