Plastic

The shower head works fine but is listed as chrome. Unfortunately I did not look under specifications which do say it is plastic. That is my fault. I assumed of it said "chrome" not "chrome finish" that it works actually be metal. Feels very flimsy.

Diverter arm secures at bad angle. Cheap plastic.

I wish they just sold the regular shower head; attached directly to my shower arm, it works flawlessly and had an impressive level of pressure given that my house usually doesn’t have much. But I paid for more than just a shower head and therefore returned this as I am not selling myself short.

Not sure about this one yet

We are making a major revision of our shower and I bought this unit based on the previous reviews and the fact that the unit comes with a suction mount that can be used to mount the sprayer in a location away from the head. Upon installing it I found that the sprayer mount at the diverter does not fit the end of the sprayer hose. The fit is extremely loose and wobbly. Have not tried the suction mount yet. Also turned the water on just enough to check for leaks. We don't have the glass enclosure in place yet so I didn't want to get water all over the bathroom. But in this very short test it seems that the pressure and volume of water is lower than I expected after reading other reviews. I will get a much better test when the glass is installed so I will provide another review then.

Excellent Handheld Showerhead!

This is by far the best handheld shower head I've ever used. I normally experienced a great shower in a 5-star luxury hotel and would be one of the things I look forward too. Now I can look forward to it every day in the comfort of my own home. The previous shower head I had Culligan WSH-C125 was good but didn't live up to the standards. I didn't realize how much water pressure I was missing out on. I just assumed my house was in a low water pressure area. Then I installed this HotelSpa 4-in 2.5-GPM (9.5-LPM) Chrome 6-Spray Hand Shower and I'm beyond ecstatic and impressed. The water pressure is off the chain, I'm so happy, all this time I've experienced poor and lame showers. Just didn't feel satisfying. Now I'm extremely satisfied each and very shower.

Love this

Absolutely love this shower head. I love that there are 2 heads and you are able to place the hand held one where ever you want, you can keep it together with the other one or place it over on the side of the shower. It has multiple features for each head which makes it even better. I have this in my master bathroom walk in shower and it comes in super hand with my children as well. I can take down the hand held use it and still have the main head hitting me at the same time. The look is gorgeous will match any bathroom! The price is good, I paid around $25 or so for just a normal hand held shower head so with this being double and the features it has it is worth the price!

Great shower head

I loved the thought of having two shower heads in one because one can be used for the body and one can be used for your head. The quality of the shower heads are amazing and really durable. Not to mention it was really easy to hook up! This is only the second shower head I have ever used and it was definitely better than the first one. I love the different ways it can spray water and the chrome is actually really awesome looking. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great high quality shower head.

My Husband said it was very easy to install

This replaced a free shower head we got free from a gas company to conserve water. My husband said it was very easy to install. This new one was a lot larger and it has a wider stream. It was easier to rinse the soap out of my hair and felt like a luxury shower. I loved it! It also comes with a life time warranty! I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.

It's not just a shower, it's an experience

A shower is just a shower, right? Nope, a shower can be an Experience. The HotelSpa Showerhead with an added Handheld Shower provides your basic shower, but also a changeable dual shower experience. Each showerhead has 6 settings, so there is a potential for 36 different shower experiences. My favorite setting is the Hydrating Mist. I can imagine myself in the Amazon rain forest with a light mist enveloping my body. The pulsating massage is great for my neck and shoulders and even my sore back. There is also an Economy Rain setting for instances such as when you are washing the dog and need to lather. The diverter allows to you use the main showerhead, or the handheld showerhead or both showerheads at one time. The handheld shower also has a pause setting.
