Love our hot water dispenser! We orders the gold color. It’s a rich color, not light gold. It works well. It drips about 3 drops each time I turn it off. No big deal, just don’t put your hand underneath.

Did not work with my install had to return. I loved the look.

This didn’t work from the day it was installed. My plumber took it out and reinstalled it 3 times trying different ways to fix it, to no avail. I was sent a new one - waiting for my plumber to come back to install and I will edit my review accordingly.

Does NOT WORK with Insinkerator hot water tanks. Otherwise, it was lovely.

We like the look and it goes perfectly with our Grohe stainless faucet. It wasn’t easy to find an instant hot stainless fixture.

Wrong direction

I wish the handle was a push away instead of pull towards, it would be safer that way instead of pulling your hand towards the stream of hot water.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Searched quite a bit for a hot water dispenser that was modern looking. Well, this is it clean lines, nice matte black and a little red dot on the base to indicate water temp. Looks great with my counter top and the air gap, dish soap dispenser, etc that are from Krause.

This is beautiful. A last minute addition to my kitchen renovation. So glad I added it. Super luxurious. The aesthetic is classic, this will never go out of style.
