Hands down the best sliding glass shower door youll find! My shower is 66 and I couldnt find anything under 1200 until I stumbled upon this one! And its taller too which is great that way you dont have to duck stepping into the shower... amazing quality and really good easy to follow instructions, not to mention shipping! Super fast! Couldnt be happier with my purchase
Excellent quality and stunning shower panel!
Beautiful shower panel - took two attempts at delivery to receive without breakage, though. Something I learned in the process: I originally paid $* extra to have the shower glass set inside my home. This necessitated the transfer of the panel to a different team qualified to deliver inside, but somewhere in the extra handling, the glass was broken. I did finally receive a new glass panel, and I paid to have it installed by a glass company in town (they couldn't get fluted glass). So far, the glass has been easy to clean. I will say that the glass does have a little bit of flex to it, but nothing that I would worry about. I wouldn't probably have it in a home with young children (we don't). It is quite a statement in our remodeled bathroom, and I'm so glad I held out to get fluted glass instead of clear or a different pattern. It does have a slightly green tint to it which reviews around the web say about this panel, but because it's glass (and our bathroom has green tones in the tile) I don't even notice it. I wouldn't notice it even if the bathroom was a competing color. This is a heavy piece of glass - I like to think of myself as about an 8 out of 10 in home repair/handywork, but this is something I didn't feel like I wanted to tackle. If you can afford a professional to install it, work with your local glass company with experience and tools to move and install the panel. I also used chrome u-channel to mount the glass for a prettier seal to the wall and shower curb. The clips that are included are pretty, but you still need to put a large line of silicone caulk and the u-channel covers that nicely.
The Eclipse Fully Frameless Glass Slider has upgraded my bathroom. The rich brushed nickel hardware is high quality and gives the door a classy frameless floating effect. The two glass doors are thick and durable and do not wobble when sliding open and closed. The instruction manual was detailed and through and while I could have installed it myself, I had someone install it for me due to the weight of the glass doors. The doors make the bathroom look so much bigger compared to the shower curtain that used to be in the space. It’s amazing how the bath slider has transformed my bathroom. Simply stunning!
Love this. It looks intimidating to install. But read the directions through and know them before installing and it's a breeze. And DO follow them. ALL of them, or you'll get in a pickle.
Although these pictures are not of my bathroom (I’m in the middle of remodeling), this door is going add the PERFECT detail I’m missing. This industrial/modern design is exactly how the rest of my house has been updated/decorated. I can’t wait to post my own after pictures. Although the glass doors are VERY heavy (2 people required to lift), everything was packaged and shipped perfectly. 4 boxes shipped for this slider. It’s made with tempered safety glass, which is great and reassuring since I give my dogs baths in the tub. These panels are higher and thicker than most panels which ensures long term durability. I can’t wait to complete this renovation.
So far I am pleased with this beautiful glass shower door. It is sleek and adds the perfect modern touch to my bathroom. The matte black hardware that comes with it also appears pretty sturdy yet minimalistic and provides beautiful color contrast. Installation is straightforward. Hopefully it holds up over time and stays clear. Time will tell but loving it so far!
This door is absolutely beautiful! The glass is thick and feels well attached. The fixture itself is sleek and completely transformed my bathroom! The glass is easy to clean and I don’t have any issues with leaking. This was definitely difficult to put together, the instructions were a bit lacking and I can see many people needing a handyman to install. Other than that, absolutely worth the upgrade in the bathroom!
All I can say is wow. The quality is amazing. The thick glass looks so rich and elegant. The brushed nickel metal gives it that modern and clean look. It’s has a clean, classy and bougie look. The special coating to help prevent the build up of soap and scum is an extra bonus. The shower doors are too nice to throw up in my current bathroom. It has inspired a full remodel. Right now I have an insert. We are not going to upgrade the tub and tile walls. YES the shower doors are that nice to inspire extra $$ and work. I would definitely recommend Glass Warehouse products and plan to purchase a shower door for our walk in shower next!!! *****The pics I am posting are from a website to show the amazing quality. I do not have any pictures installed yet as I need the extra time for the remodel. Will post more pictures later if it allows me too****
I love the look of the shower doors, so modern, clean looking, minimalistic decor! BUT, instructions failed to mention the fixed panel clamp, the bottom clamp that both doors slide, SD18, into didn't measure out exactly right, according to the instructions. Instructing until the very end to install it. Because our tub didn't accommodate the measurement instruction, so we had to redrill the overhead rod anchor in our porcelain tile, to move it over, in order to make it fit! Also, the top right hand screw on the fixed panel, was too small to attach so we had to sand out the black plastic gasket insert in order for the screw to fit in the hole. Also, there was a small metal piece that fit, we think, over the tub/floor strip, SD5. We watched the video several times and read the instructions beforehand but this didn't help with the learning process of those three items mentioned. So, for this I deducted one star off of this beautiful door. Rick & Cathy E.Indiana
