A little overpriced, but still worth it.

This light is being used as a replacement for the laundry room. We have 10' ceilings in that area of the house and needed a light that provided great coverage for the room size as well as cleanability (smooth surfaces to wipe dust and lint off). Overall, installation was straight-forward and easy. The negative is, it does NOT come with mounting screws / anchors. (2 req'd for each end of the light. Doesn't mount from fixture. The cover looks good, but is very cheaply made. 3/5 on $ value.

Nice fixtures, easily installed. They provide bright light and were light weight and easy to handle. The style looks great in my kitchen. Now, only time will tell because if either one goes out, I will need to reinstall whole new fixtures! This is part of the throw away mentality I guess.

The previous review I wrote was apparently not posted? This light was supposed to provide up to 50,000 hours of service. Mine made it to about 1,000 and then started strobing. If it were in a disco it would be great, but in my kitchen it just makes the light unusable. It was great while it worked, but I sure didn't get my money's worth.

The BOOMERANG 4 FT. BRONZE LED DECORATIVE LINEAR FLUSH MOUNT was a wonderful addition to my house. It was very easy and quick to install, it just took me a matter of a few minutes by myself to put it up. The look of it is amazing as well. because of it being an LED light, it is a lot thinner and sleeker in design. Finally, in my opinion, the light is a bit brighter than the older style halogen bulb fixtures.

This light is a winner all the way around! I installed it in a closet of mine to replace fluorescent lights. What a difference with the brightness and the looks! The hardware included is minimal - 3 wire nuts. I followed the directions and determined I need to use a couple of expanding bolts to secure the base to the ceiling. After connecting the 3 wires (black, white and ground), I had great light in the closet. Definitely a winner!

I am extremely happy with both the ease of installation and the looks of my newly installed light. I believe that the "bright white" 4000K light adds both the illumination needed and warmth to my room. This light looks great and I am excited about the potential savings that the new LED offers. Though I have not placed it in a damp location, the fact that it is damp rated adds depth to this purchase. I can imagine purchasing some of these lights for my shop because the 3400 lumens will bring plenty of crisp clear light to my workplace.

This light is very bright and slick looking. I installed this in my unfinished laundry room to replace a single light bulb that wasn't very bright. This thing lights up the entire room. It installed easy enough and came with proper instructions. The only thing I wish it had was more mounting holes. Since I installed it in my rafters I had to place the holding boards just right since there were only a few holes on both ends. If you're installing this on a solid ceiling, you'll have none of these problems. It's a good light and works as expected.

Super easy to install it only took me about fifteen minutes. But I made the mistake of mounting it on a wall inside my walk-in closet. Since the cover is supposed to hook on both sides to the mounting plate it is now only hooked to one side. But it shouldn’t be a problem. But I would recommend mounting it on the ceiling. This light gives off plenty of light so it would work well in your kitchen. The great thing about led is you won’t have to replace those light for years. The other light I had was fluorescent and I had to change the bulbs regularly. I am very pleased with this light and would buy another one when needed.
