Came on time. Not difficult to put together. But had these areas that look scuffed/shiny that can’t be fixed or rubbed away with a soft cloth. Customer service/claims department have not responded. First sent them email 19 days ago with two follow up emails since. No response. A $900+ lamp should not arrive with scuff marks.
