Fit under our sink and easy to install. Has a plug on it about 2-3 ft. long. Plumbing was alittle much, had to pay $100 to sweat copper pipe in. But overall worth it. I had to waste about 5 gallons of water everyday waiting for hot water coming from back of my house. I like the dial on the front. After it heats up, you can turn it back down to save electricity until next time you wash dishes. I would highly recommend this unit!!

I hired a licensed plumber for hook up. It was fast and not messy at all. Rhe water is hot in 2 seconds now, i love it!

Perfect for instant hot water in the kitchen

The heater was easy to install and we now have instant hot water in the kitchen. Pay attention to the dimensions, it’s well insulated so it does take up some space.

Good while it lasted

OK, maybe I got a dud. It worked fine for about a year, then stopped completely. There is nothing to fix as it has no safety internal circuit breaker or reset button, a flaw in the design. For about 6 months, it worked as designed and I turned down the temp. that was too high. After 6 months, it went to max hot, which may have accounted for the early burnout. I looked into their "5 year limited warranty" and found that I needed to save the original receipt. I should have paid for the added insurance but trusted the name. Like I said, it worked great at first, then didn't. I'm replacing it with a different brand.

My Hot Water Heater

After the ordeal we went through to get this water heater. I am very pleased with the outcome works fine instant hot water just so nice to have this working. Thank you for all you did for us and sending us another one.

Easy install after getting the correct hoses and a male-male 3/8" coupler. The website stated that I needed to get a water heater hose kit which was not correct. The suggested item was for a full size hot water heater. I returned it and purchased two 1/2" to 3/8" hoses. Then, I made another trip with hose in-hand to get the 3/8" coupler to link the heater output hose to the faucet input hose. This worked great and was an easy install.

Life changer.

We had a plumber install for us. We already had the electrical outlet under the sink so no additional electrical required. We almost immediately had hot water (which I didn’t have before-felt like it could take 5 minutes to heat up). I don’t like to waste water so I was heating up water in an electric kettle. It was installed yesterday. We did end up with a leak and it turned out that one of the lines needed to be tightened. Right now, definitely would recommend as I have hot water immediately.

Great little heater

I've installed a couple of these little water heaters and they work great. Price is right, nice solution for a remote sink that's too far to run a hot water line .

Beware

The ad states the depth is 2inches! Specifications shows depth to be 10.23" (2.5gal size)! Critical information for something often used in tight spaces. Sounded very good until I double checked the dimensions.
