Poor quality product

I bought this item three weeks ago and my installer just completed installing it. Issues were: incomplete and confusing installation instructions (even UTube video wasn't very descriptive but had more info than written instructions), rollers are sloppy and hard to level out, outer roller rings want to unthread, stopping mechanisms are ugly, threshold at bottom is poor design, weather stripping is poor quality

Looks beautiful. Just installed for a bathroom renovation. Soft close. Can’t even hear the rollers when you close the door. Can’t rate customer service because I ordered online. It was delivered earlier than expected.

Elegant Solution for a Spa-like Shower

These doors are well designed and well built. The glass is thick, the rollers operate smoothly, and the adjustments are flexible enough to accommodate small imperfections in the shower wall construction. The barn-door style keeps water within the shower enclosure. Once installed, they provide a spa-like feel. I installed them myself but since they weigh 200 lbs, a second pair of hands was needed to get them close to their final location.

This product screams quality

The doors came well packaged and protected, but it was very heavy - have a strong helper. You may also want to invest in a pair of suction-cup glass handlers - the ones with the double cups on each handle. The parts are all first-class, I was impressed with every aspect of this, from the glove-like fit and silky-smooth movement of the parts, to the flawless finish. The manual could use improvement, but after watching a few installation videos, the manual made more sense and was usable.

Careful shower may not fit

Ordered the product because its advertised to fit a 56 to 60 inch opening. Our opening is 57.25"

The glass is heavy, requires two people to install

This is a well designed, well thought out product, with lots of adjustability to deal with those small alignment problems. The one thing you should know is this is HEAVY. We received the box on one giant pallet and couldn't lift the glass out of the box. If you're expecting to install this yourself, you're mistaken. We ended up hiring installer from a glass company and they said it was a good door. The only thing I don't like about the design is the "curb" you install under the sliding glass to keep the water in. Other doors have a silicon strip that seals between the bottom of the glass and the tile, but there is no room in the center guide to do this. Overall, I'd buy it again, but only if I had someone available to help me install it.

Good looking great quality door. The contractor did a great job installing it, the door open and closes smoothly. It completes the contemporary look of my newly remodeled bathroom. Bit expensive but worth the prize.

We really liked the pictures of the door and we were happy with the weight and the look when installed but the threshold and solid door were installed on the inside so the sliding door had full range. Each time we opened the sliding door, water that had pooled between the threshold and the outside door poured out onto the floor. The Home Depot installer came back and put the threshold on the outside to keep this from happening and it doesnt look as clean. We could have gotten a custom, swing door for the same price but they were weeks out. I probably should have waited since the door at $999 with a $350 install cost gave me a door that doesnt work exactly right for the same price as a custom fit door

Other than the short door height and oddly made metal threshold piece it wasn't a bad shower door. We ordered a collapsible shower threshold that worked much better for our curbless roll-in shower.

This product should only be attempted by an experienced do it yourselfers or professional. I would definitely recommend it’s a stylish addition to the bathroom

The vigo door is awesome and very high quality. I was able to install it my self and it came out great. If you are installing the Vigo yourself make sure you go to you tube and search Vigo shower door installation there is a 5 min video that is pretty good.

The components that you do see (handle and track wheels) are substantial and well made. We had the door professionally installed and the service provider commented that it was high end. A definite win!
