The product is very nice but it came with no instructions in package and when the package arrived the box was all banged up. The delivery person waited while I opened the box and was fantastic in regards to reassuring me that if for any reason I can get a replacement. Not that I wanted to wait another 3 weeks. After the door was installed I realized that the top edge of the door looked distorted only to realize that the edge was cracked and was reworked at the factory and shipped out this way. Reason I say that I because I looked through the entire package for broken glass and there was none. The did a relatively good job to hide the imperfection damage. The review is no reflection of wayfair but the vendor really needs to work on quality control, especially when someone waits 3 weeks for a product. Everyone that has seen the finished product say it looks great and do not even notice the imperfection. I do because I paid for it.
