This Abbott sconce is a beautiful light fixture. It really has a modern vibe with the polished nickel base and prongs surrounding the round milk glass shade. You can see it's a quality product with a good weight to it. It doesn't take a standard light bulb base, instead it uses a candelabra base and they give you a rubber holder to help switch out the bulbs (because it's impossible to get your hand into the globe once the fixture is assembled). My only suggestion is that I wish they offered it in a bronze finish as well.

Wall sconces should be mounted approximately 60-72 inches from the floor, adjusting based on ceiling height and the room's purpose.
How far apart should wall sconces be placed in a hallway?
In a hallway, wall sconces should be spaced about 8-10 feet apart to ensure even lighting and avoid dark spots.
