A Rock Solid Hotelier!

This is our third hotelier installation (10/3/2024). It was a no brainer decision to go with the Kohler Purist Hotelier with the 4-support bracket design [part # 14381-CP]. When we saw it, we just knew that it had the additional strength & support that was so woefully lacking in our prior two hoteliers (2-support designs) that eventually, and literally, fell off the wall. We bit the bullet on the price as we were tired of dealing with “cheaper” hotelier options from big box stores. (You definitely get what you pay for!) Ordering through the Kohler website was easy and our package was delivered within a few days and without any damage.

Why would this be nearly $400

Can someone please explain to me what about this towel rack is worthy of a nearly $400 price tag?

Great Rack Price Shock

Design and quality are excellent. But the price is obscene. I have bought Kohler products for years, primarily due to their quality. I have always known that the Kohler products were worth the premium fee. This towel rack was the look my wife really wanted. But the pricing was not fair and I remain a little mad at myself for buying it.

Kohler Purist 24" wall mounted towel shelf

I purchased the Kohler Purist 24" wall mounted towel shelf in polished chrome in September of 2022. One of the reasons for selecting this product, even though it was more expensive than some other models, was that it was described as being made in the United States. However, after I received it, the label on the box clearly says Made in China. I have attached photos of the description on build.com and of the label on the box.

Beautiful and functional

Purchased this towel rack this year for a much need bathroom redo project. It’s stunning and sturdy. The chrome is high quality and easy to clean. Matches my other Koehler fixtures. The shelf’s depth holds a standard folded or rolled towel beautifully. My only suggestion would be a add another cross bar closest to the back wall for extra towel support. Lastly, we installed the shelf ourselves. Koehler provided a template for easy installation.

we opted for the hotelier to maximize towel storage In a small space. Absolutely love the custom touch it gives.

Great towel rack

I used this hotelier towel holder / dryer in small sized bathroom - perfect to store extra towels above while still allowing for drying of towels below. Part of the purist line (i have all the other components in the bathroom as well) very well made, timeless design. Would not hesitate to purchase again

Purist is the best

Part of the Kohler purist line - despite the size / weight, very easy to install and provides great storage for towels dry or wet. Easy to use overstock too
