Hansgrohe weak warranty

We bought this faucet in 2009 and my wife has loved it. However the sprayer started giving trouble and a severe water leak started idripping under cabinet (internal hose). Our supplier assured us that Hansgrohe had excellent customer care, HOWEVER, upon speaking with a Hansgrohe representative (very long telephone wait), they would not repair the failing parts. So much for “Lifetime Warranty “! We have had much better warranty service with upper-end Delta products of the same age. It is a nice product, but when you pay almost $1000 for it and they do t stand by it, it is not worth it.

Love the Hansgrohe Allegro faucet. It’s a great fit and doesn’t splash like our mast one.

Great Faucet, Clean Design

This faucet was finally installed in our kitchen, and I wish I would have done it sooner. It is a very solidly built faucet, actual metal parts instead of plastic. The sprayer takes a little bit of adjustment to properly install, but once that is done, and the faucet is all tighted up it works great! I really like the higher pressure spray option on the sprayer as well

Excellent facet

I received an Allegro N. High Arc Kitchen Faucet 2 Spray Pull-down 1.75 GPM. It has easy directions for assembly. This facet came in Black which is beautiful, and the high arch makes it look very elegant. Having the pull out sprayer up high is a really nice feature. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Hansgrohe never dissapoints us.

As a professional remodeler, we install a lot of faucets. For my own home though, we chose this hansgrohe faucet. Reliability, functionality, looks and the ready availability of parts if needed make this one of our go to brands.

Nice looking. Easy to install

We are doing a remodel of our kitchen and this faucet really is the center piece of the kitchen. I really like the modern look. The install was fairly easy I was able to do it by myself. I would recommend this to friends.

with Hans superb finish as always. You pay for the design and the finishing, this cost, but it lasts, that is how you get your moneys worth, u wont replace this. Hans, just like Grohe has superb inards, never once replace a cartridge in the 30 I have installed. Love the modern contemp. look of this faucet. Easy to install if not a newb. The pull down is supposed to be magnetic catch in the top, but not sure its there, or if it is, its not that strong. But not a deal breaker, as it catches well... Overall, for the price, this is a very high quality faucet with superb finishing...

Work great

This was a easy setup for me, it goes great in to kitchen it didn't take long to put together and it goes great with my other chrome finishe in the kitchen. We love rhe features and the look of this faucet.

multi faucet

I am using this faucet on my utility sink and I love it. it is much easier to rinse out my pails and anything else that I choose. The only thing is if they would make a left or right handled one so you could use your left hand to control the handle without having to cross under the faucet, We tried to face it on the other side of faucet but was not enough room to turn the handle for hot water on

Redoing your kitchen sink? This is worth it

This faucet looks very nice and will look great in any style kitchen. It has a nice finish that will bring a little extra for your kitchen. If you have little understanding on how to install kitchen faucets this is straight forward so should not be hard for those that are less experienced. It is made high-quality and seems to be very durable. The pressure of the water is perfect no matter what you are needing to do in the sink. And for those that have deep pots this makes cleaning them so much easier. The added beauty and the functionality of the faucet makes it a must have for anyone looking to redo their kitchen sink.

its ssoo pretty!

First off- we are actually in the beginning stages of tearing out our kitchen but i am looking forward to installing this faucet system! It has a sleek modern look and feel la very sturdy and durable in the hand! It will look awesome in my kitchen. I like that it has a single handle control function for hot and cold water as that gives it a more sophisticated appearance. I really love the retractable spray nozzle being part of the main faucet spout. That alone saves a bit of space and gives a more modern up to date look. But what I REALLY love is the high arc faucet! I have a favorite deep pot that has never fit under any faucets. I have no doubt it will fit nicely under this faucet!! The spray nozzle retracts into the handle, which wil be a nice feature! And the button is a good size on the nozzle. There are many spray holes on the nozzle which will pretty much guarantee and full spray with nice pressure behind it

Beautiful

This faucet has a beautiful design. I tried installing it myself but was unable to. But since then it has be instead and omg it work great and is so beautiful. It goes with everything in the home

Slick look

This is a nice looking faucet, it has a very elegant, modern look to it. Installation is very easy with this faucet, you do not have to be a master plumber to install this one yourself. It would add a nice look to anyone who want a simple improvement to their kitchen.

Heavy Duty Faucet

Wow! I couldn't believe how heavy duty this is. Industrial strength! Very deluxe model and really dresses up the kitchen area and sink! I got the shine going on and really upgraded the value of the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this great quality faucet for business or home! Very pleased and easy to use.

Gorgeous

So excited it finally came. I love the matte black. My husband had a chance to install it yet, but from looks alone its gorgeous. Its the same size and style to the one we have so I know it will fit. I love the pull down sprayer. Once it is installed I will update review if I can.

Needs improvement!

I was so excited to be getting this faucet for my kitchen. I happy with how the faucet itself is good quality. Two things in my opinion makes me unsatisfied with this faucet. First of all it doesn't come with a baseplate. The real disappointment is the sprayer. It is so cheaply made and is not magnetic. If these two problems were resolved this faucet with well deserve 5 stars.
