Looks really nice after being installed, but it's hard to get the length where you want it as the length is determined by a combination of threaded rods through which the wiring goes. To change the length you have to disassemble the whole thing, adjust, then reassemble. Kind of a pain.

Can’t go back after spending hours fiddling with the hardware at the top… not a simple design. Wires have to thread through uppermost plate, exposed wire can alter length, so takes forever to make perfectly even since it depends on the wire length that slides through - not pole length. The C-connector piece also doesn’t clamp down, it stays open and just connects the pole to the top piece. Overly complicated and annoying. Looks nice, quality is good, just weird and cumbersome design that doesn’t add much. Would not buy again

Great pendant lamps (we bought two) for our kitchen. They are well made, well-packaged, and sturdy. Comes with hardware for multiple lengths. We used a 9 watt LED that throws out plenty of light.
