I would rate it as 4+ star rating (rounded up to 5 stars). Well made, stylish quality faucet. Few negatives; - water stains easily shows on the faucet but easlily wipes off with a towel. - Sink stopper is cheaply made, mostly made of plastic. - This is a permanent reduced water flow faucet and can not be changed (some faucet use a water flow reducer disk that can be easily removed for a full water flow) - Doesn't use a cartridge so if water faucet leaks you will need..

Rohl products are superior to most others. Their craftsmanship is worth the money and designs are gorgeous. Was so happy to see that I could buy this at Home Depot. We did have issues with little directions not being included with the packaging, though their customer support is amazing and extremely knowledgable.

Quality, this product screams quality. I've installed and used delta and kohler which are great products in their own right. But you could tell straight out of the box this is a quality item. The install was easy and the function was very smooth. You won't be disappointed in this product.
