Ordering, Shipping and Delivery
Actual product was good, packaged well with no damage. The ordering and delivery process wasn't. In order to change the delivery address immediately after placing the order, I had to first return the item and then reorder. This caused inconvenience for a week. Then the delivery date 2 months then changed to 2 weeks. Then the item was sent out for delivery 3 times.
Tub Installation
A bit expensive but looks great. Installing this tub is definitely a job for a professional.
