Replacement pedestal for one that arrived broken in half. For this one I found a crack clear through it and will need to replace this one as well. Can't give Delivery or Customer Service anything better than "Poor" given these issues. You are not good at shipping items like this.

Liked the pedestal however delivery was a nightmare. The box was delivered to my front door and when I picked it up it sounded like a Lego box. The pedestal was in 100's of pieces. Return was not an issue but had to travel to find a store that had a replacement

It came broken

I had the pedestal delivered to my house. When it came I picked up the box and heard a noise like pieces of pottery hitting one another. So i opened it and this one piece pedestal was in 3 pieces. The packaging was not sufficient. The pedestal was just in the box. There was no styrophome or other packing around the pedestal. This was definitely a mistake. I will have to return this to the store and order another one since it is not in stock at a store near me and hope the packaging is better on the new one. I’m sure i would like the pedestal and it will work fine the problem is not the pedestal but the packaging it came in.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful imperfection

Beautiful pedestal that makes a small powder room feel much more elegant. Very stable and easy to install. Only draw back is the porcelain isn’t exactly square. There is a slight wave or hand made look to its shape that may drive you nuts if you have OCD and expect perfect angles.

Unique and Perfect for Our Traditional Setting

Tile guys busted our 17 year old Ice color pedestal base for our large powder room. Thought we'd have a hard time of it replacing it but 'vola' there it was in Kohler warehouse. Ordered it, installed it and now we have another 17 years to gaze on our beautiful guest area. Never will have that tile guy back again. Thanks Kohler !

The pedestal doesn’t match up with the underside of the sink basin, making it look like it’s the wrong size base, but I was assured by Kohler that it is in fact, the matching pedestal. Really strange and not very reassuring

Kohler sink Pedestal is lovely with modern straight lines. It is also very sturdy.

Thunder gray sink and toilet is going to be a knockout in my bathroom.
