Really disappointed upon receiving this glorified electric skillet. No instructions or how-to booklet… but wait!… download them by going to this site—hello!, everybody doesnt have the tech ability to do that, plus I feel its a cop-out to make the consumer responsible for it. Even basic info in the description would have helped, e.g. is the unit submersible?… perhaps that point was given in the demo…???? At any rate, it’s going back…

It is certainly not smokeless, even with the cover on! However, it heats evenly with nice grill marks & is super easy to clean!

Just What I Was Looking For

I love this appliance. It works like an electric skillet, is compact, and makes wonderful grilling lines. The best part is that the grill, lid, and drip tray all go in the dishwasher! Perfect for 1-2 people . .

This is a very handy kitchen tool. If you live in an apartment or someplace that doesn't allow outdoor grills, this is the grill for you. It cleans up easily. Gives the grill marks you want for your food. Perfect size for grilling on a kitchen counter. It has a temperature control for better control of the heat while cooking. It's a great value!

I returned this item as it was not what I thought it would be. It is cheaply made and comes with no directions as most items are packaged without this information these days. Not everyone is tech savvy or the owner of a computer to obtain this information.

A WONDERFUL GRILL

I love this grill. I have tried many others and this is the first one that gets the grill marks on my meat. I also love that it has a lid - it's now easy to melt the cheese on my hamburgers. It does smoke a lot so be aware that your smoke alarm may go off, but I just use a fan and that solves that issue.

Nice little grill

I used the grill twice. First for burgers and then steaks. You can grill four burgers or two nice sized steaks. I grilled onions with the burgers and they turned out excellent. I would highly recommend this grill.

Nice little grill for cooking for two. I place it on my outdoor patio table during the summer and it's great for keeping the kitchen cooler. Does a great job on burgers, chops, and chicken. Very happy with my purchase and great for the price!

Decent way to grill indoors!

Bought on sale a few months ago and very pleased with it so hope it keep working. Handy to use if it’s too hot or rainy outside. I just keep it on the stovetop because it gets used every other day or so: shrimp chicken, burgers, bacon, veggies, etc. The grease catcher is handy and the lid helps corral splatter, steam things and keep warm after. Best to hand wash the griddle, just rinses off, lid goes in dishwasher. Besides my air fryer oven, this gets used a lot for meal kits. Only wish it had a flat surface option! Better than a George Foreman hinged grill imo. Lightweight and takes up less room than a big square device, perfect for a small family. If Hoping to get a year or two out of it, then replace. About as long as coffee makers last, so…

Cooking steak again

Too much trouble to have a gas grill and haven't been able to cook a steak since ditching it. This is the perfect answer! Clean up is a breeze - everything goes into the dish washer!!
